Situated in a peaceful rural setting the accommodation provided all our requirements. We have been charmed once again by the Scottish Borders, Kelso area, the high standard of the accommodation and the outstanding kindness of the owner.
We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks in June in West Cottage. The cottage enjoys spectacular views towards the Cheviots. We were extremely comfortable. Huge thanks to Sue and Henry for looking after us so well. We are back again in August.
Millsyde is a spacious, beautifully presented cottage with quality fixtures and fittings and feels like home from home. Arrived to a welcome pack which included milk, fresh juice, eggs and an amazing selection of fresh fruit. Sue, the owner, baked delicious home made shortbread too, which we enjoyed on arrival with tea/coffee. Located on a spacious tranquil spot just outside Kelso, we relaxed and enjoyed visiting wildlife in the garden. Hope to plan our third visit here in Autumn.
