Rosie's Beach House is a lovely place to stay clean comfortable dog friendly. Walking on the beach or walking around the Meadows is so relaxing.
We had a lovely stay at Seashell Cove, would definitely recommend and we will book again hopefully in the near future :)
We had a lovely few days staying here, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great attention to detail with games and beach accessories and toys. Also really helpful having essentials shampoo, body wash etc. Thank you.
Lovely place,fair weather (but this is England!!).Pub over the road had good food,so no cooking all week.Nice apartment too.Would recommend.
Booked the beach house for 4 adults and a dog. The beach house is stunning. Very comfortable. Plenty of space. We all loved it and had a great weekend. Only issue is. The key box is at the back of the house and there is no path to get you to the door. We had to walk across muddy grass to be able to get the key. Pub has mixed reviews but we also had a good meal and breakfast.
Another visit and we still love it! Everything you need in the Salty Dog. A home from home feeling as soon as you walk through the door. Plenty of places to visit nearby.
The lodge was very clean and comfortable. The views were very pretty. The cliff paths to Humanby Gap in one direction and Filey in the other were just down the road. We will definitely be back next year.
Fantastic beach house that has everything you could need without being cluttered. It is really well maintained and everything is high quality e.g. beds, appliances, tv etc. Love the large decking at the back and the spacious seating at the front. Close to the pool and pub and easy access to the beach path. Perfect

We have been to The Bay numerous times stayed in various cottages. This is the by far the best one.Very well kept and well situated and everything you need.... We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful few days at Sandy Shores. It’s really well positioned for the beach path so we had lots of lovely strolls on the sandy beach with our little dog. The house is beautifully decorated with a lovely seaside theme which gave it a nice holiday vibe. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped and had everything we needed. Having the brick BBQ was good - we brought a disposable BBQ with us which worked very well. The pint of milk & lovely biscuits made us feel welcome & was a nice touch. We've stayed in lots of properties at the Bay Filey over the years and this has to be one of our favourites. The extra large kitchen diner is so spacious and bright and the bedrooms also large and comfortable. Lots of lovely personal touches make a big difference. The only things that could improve the cottage IMO would be a normal shower head in addition to the rainfall showers as it is quite difficult to rinse just using the rainfall. Also, a small airfryer would be really handy and save having to fire up the oven.
Great place lovely inside and out, had everything we needed for our mid week break. Nice food at the pub on-site and good seaside location
The communication before and during the stay was excellent. The Lakeside Retreat is in a peaceful location, and has a wonderful view across the lake and wildflower meadow, with lots of wildlife. The lodge is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The EV charger is an added bonus. Tarmac rather than a dusty uneven road surface would be a great improvement.
Excellent location and very comfortable accommodation would recommend this to friends and family. Enjoy the break.

Lovely not cluttered place everything you need it smoothly moves from the kitchen the the balcony the most beautiful place to relax lovely birds sail by our little dog just sits there and watches them pass by leaving you totally contented heaven
Had a beautiful week in this stunning holiday home it’s in a perfect location too and we also saw some wild deer whilst sat on the decking, inside it’s so lovely especially the beds we will definitely be back
We had such an amazing stay, the house is fully kitted out with everything you could need. It was really clean and comfortable and felt like home from home. It was big enough for 4 adults and 2 children, with a really great outdoor space at the back. It felt really private too. We had an amazing weekend and will certainly be booking again.

Had a lovey stay at Prospect Cottage. The location is excellent, the property was the perfect size for us and our two greyhounds and had everything that we required. Paula was attentive and communicated updates upon arrival and departure.
Lovely lodge and very well equipped. Very clean and comfortable. Great location to the activities and short walk to the beach. Would definitely return.

Blue Anchor Retreat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It’s in a good location close to site amenities with good parking and many nearby places to visit. Being on one level and having two showers was just the type of accommodation we need so we will be back again.
A lovely weekend at Sea Urchins fab location nice and quiet would recommend this property to stay at and we will book again
Our stay at Anchors Away was perfect. We were 4 adults and three children. This was our fifth stay at The Bay. We love the convenience of the beach, the walk onto Filey and the wonderful beach cafe at Hunmanby……perfect to access on foot. The house was extremely well kitted out and spotlessly clean. We have already booked for the same week (spring bank) next year!
stayed last week for 6 nights .we would definately return.a couple of things are starting to be a bit jaded but overall it was highly satisfactory and would reccomend
A gorgeous, well maintained lodge with every facility we could possibly need. Even things like condiments in the cupboard and outdoor cushions were included. We came home feeling very refreshed!
From the minute we entered the village it was like entering tinsel town- amazing like another land , easily found the bay property. The area was spotless and well signposted. We stayed on 33 Turnberry drive and apartment was luxury, slept up to 10 even though only 6 of us in was so much room so my family and my elderly mam and dad had space. They used the downstairs ensuite bedroom which saved them using the stairs which was fantastic for those with mobility issues. Great location for access to walks along the beach, use of the on-site Gym and pool. Very comfy accommodation.
This was our 2nd stay at Bempton view and we will definitely return. Lovely spacious house, kitchen very well equipped. Enjoyed sitting on balcony with family enjoying the sea views. The house was clean and fresh on arrival. Nice quite location
Sophie’s Beach House is a perfect place to relax. It’s spotless, modern, has everything you need and is just a few minutes walk to the beach. I have an electric car so the charger was also a benefit. We have returned 3 times and would recommend it.
This is the third time we have stayed here and we love it. It has everything we need. Just wish it had a step at the back door.
We had stayed on The Bay before in a different house. This time around we were very happy with the house, its cleanliness and location, which is perfect for getting to all the coastal towns you want to visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
Lovely home, convenient for access to the beach & great to have a parking space! Great sized home! The property showed a bit of wear and tear with cracks and marks on walls, but it had everything we needed. The only thing I would suggest as feedback is that a mini carton of milk is provided, as although there’s a shop on sight, after travelling for so long, being able to have a tiny carton of milk in the fridge on arrival would’ve been great for a cuppa!
