We were blown away with how beautiful our accommodation was. It was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. It literally has everything we needed for a wonderful break.

We had the most fantastic week in Skylark. Very beautiful, spacious and spotless beach house - we absolutely loved it. The decor and furniture are just perfect, beds were very comfortable and an en-suite for both bedrooms (master bedroom en-suite is stunning!). There is everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including a washer dryer, so no need to be worrying about running out of clean towels. This is our 3rd year at Luna Azul. It is perfect for all the amenities and we know that everything will be perfect for when we arrive. You just need to unpack and start your holiday.

This cottage provided everything you could need for a chilled and relaxing stay at The Bay. The added bonus of the leisure facilities included make this property our new favourite. Near to the meadow area so easy walking with the dog and the extra space in the form of the living room was much appreciated. Beds very comfortable and easily plenty of room for 6 adults.
A well appointed two bedroom apartment. Large open plan living area with a useful kitchen. Bathroom and en-suite with is great. Good location to travel around Yorkshire. Easy access to a dog friendly beach. Onsite pub is expensive with slow service, go to Hunmanby instead. Didn’t use the leisure facilities as the pool opening times didn’t fit in with our plans.( none of this is the fault of Filey Bay just my opinion. Norman’s Nook was immaculately clean and attractively presented. It was convenient for all the activities you can enjoy at The Bay, including the beautiful beach. We have booked through this company a number of times and their properties do not disappoint. Moreover, the service and communication are excellent.
Firstly I was impressed with the site itself, it is huge, well laid out and immaculately kept. There are good amenities, like the pub, the leisure facility and the pub! The lodge was absolutely beautiful, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained. It was so lovely to sit out on the deck and watch the birds coming and going- it was such a picturesque view. The lodge was well equipped: TVs, log burner, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment. The bedrooms were well laid out, beds are super comfortable! Excellent few days at Joe's, the house is immaculately clean with everything needed for the stay. Beds very comfortable and the shower hot. Excellent WiFi and smart tvs. Perfect having the on site facilities without the extorinate pass price (as with some parks) and having to book in advance, could just turn up. Facilities clean and well maintained. Ideal location, close enough to amenities and beach path yet very quiet and peaceful. We encountered an issue and was resolved within 15 minutes, can't ask for any more than that. Would love to return. Thank you.

We were thrilled with this property, it was clean, spacious and cosy. Great facilities and comfy couches to settle down at the end of a day walking the coast. I would book again for sure!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brigg End View. It was homely, clean and a great location for the beach, especially with the dogs. We’ve stayed at The Bay many times and this is one of our favourite properties.
We have been coming to The Bay for several years and this was our first stay in Sand Dollar. This is a lovely lodge and for us, was situated in the perfect location! The lodge itself, was bright (loved the all white walls) clean and comfortable, with the most wonderful walk-in shower. We loved the fact that the outside decking was enclosed, which enabled our dog to be secure, with not even a sniff of an escape! Once again, Paula from Filey Bay Direct was very helpful (as always) in securing our last minute Easter break. We hope to return to Sand Dollar in the near future.
The house is lovely and ideal for our needs, it’s a quant park with a nice centre. Very quite nice access to the beach. Being picky the only issue was the sofa isn’t very comfortable. Communication was excellent all the way through from the host and all amenities were taken care off
We had a short break here in April 2025. The lodge is exceptional in many ways and is positioned to give clear views over parkland with decking areas at the front and rear which catch the sun most of the day. It's only a short walk to the centre and the pool and bar. The pool is great, clean with plenty of space for changing, there's also a steam room and sauna. In our opinion, having stayed at Filey Bay in the past; Blue Anchor Road is ideally positioned on the site. A lovely quiet area and the Beach Houses are amazingly warm and comfortable. All facilities are near at hand including tennis, archery and a large size indoor pool which is a real attraction for those who fancy a swim numerous times a day. All areas are kept spotlessly clean. A pass is provided by the owners of the property to allow free use of the pool and spa. The private path to the local sandy beach is a real plus and ideal for dog owners. Perfect holiday retreat. This was our third visit to the Mariners and once more it did not disappoint us. The venue was perfect for access to many beautiful walks and places to visit. The Mariners was very comfortable and provided everything we needed.
Had a lovely stay at anchors away, comfortable, spacious, had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.
We love the Bay, have stayed at a few accommodations in the bay. We love it by the park for the kids. Oreo was more tired than previous accommodations and also was not as clean. For example we had to wash quite a few of the pans and plates prior to using them and the showers had some stains / mould on them. This is for owner awareness - we still had a great time and will be back just would choose Mariners over this cabin
The place was lovely very comfortable clean and tidy and the balcony over the water was lovely and birds were very entertaining our Little dog was fascinated by them and spent most of the time watching them but it was also lovely and relaxing for us we were blessed with good weather so a glass of wine watching them and the world go by was was extremely relaxing and the sun was over us the best part of the day. While others were in the shade we will come back.
Overall our stay was amazing. The property was good with great space for us all. The location was perfect and ideal for an 'All Year Round Break'. We are definitely going to book again.
We booked the house for a family get together weekend. 7 people in all, including 2 children. The 4 bedrooms were perfect and the house was well equiped. Large kichen and a huge 8 seater dining table, perfect for some family board games and my grandaughters favourite Uno. Great value for money and a good location with plenty of car parking opposite the house. Think we will be back next year
Lovely family weekend. The ground floor is all open plan a really big space for getting together and having plenty of space. The house was clean and well equipped. The group floor bedroom and en-suite is good for older relatives while the main bedroom with balcony has lovely views. Will definitely return.
A lovely little cottage very clean ,comfy beds ,well equipped kitchen .Everything for a relaxing stay.
Nice little house. It came with the basic equipment required in the kitchen. Easy access to outside space for dogs, but not fenced off. There were a few Christmas decorations, but a bit more effort could have been made. Felt a little like a random little house in a housing estate rather than a holiday park let, but maybe that was just us. Beach is about a 20 minute walk away, main holiday park facilities a good 5 minutes walk away
Location 100% Very clean and well presented. Had a great time with the family. Just one comment. Bedroom upstairs and one below it downstairs could do with a topper. I would definitely use this accommodation again.
We really enjoyed staying here. It was warm and cozy in January. The house was well mantained. We loved the furnishings and wall art. The kitchen was adequately equipped but the oven only has one shelf and we had to set the dishwasher frequently so we had enough cups and cutlery. It also needs wine glasses!
We had a perfect stay in this lovely house. A large family dining table and open plan living allowed us to share and enjoy all mealtimes. The bedrooms were of perfect size for all ages. Clean and tidy bathrooms. Every possible appliance or utensil in the kitchen was available. There was outdoor seating with table and chairs, buckets and spades for the beach. Basic supplies were available on arrival and communication about the booking was easy to follow and just lovely. My husband and I have just returned from Sophie’s Beach House. The house has all the amenities needed with enough room to ensure a pleasant stay. Bed is comfortable. The house is sited just opposite the junction for the beach so has lots of passer-by's this maybe a problem if you are looking at sitting outside and want some peace. The EV charger worked well which is a great addition if you have an electric car. I booked this for a family getaway. The location is fabulous, we booked school holidays so the price reflected the timings. A couple of minor issues were resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. The views from the bedroom balcony are amazing, watching the sunrise with a pot of tea is good for the soul! The house is well equipped, we required 4 bedrooms for 6 adults and brought a dog. The house is very spacious, the open plan layout downstairs served us well, especially cooking breakfasts. Will definitely revisit just not during school holidays due to the inflated price!
A very roomy property, just what you need for 8 family members. The location is perfect, very near to swimming pool and other amenities. Second time we have stayed here and the addition of a wine fridge is great because the main fridge is only really big enough for food and a few beers. A very enjoyable stay.
The lodge was comfortable and nice to have 2 double beds and ensuites. The Kitchen equipment could do with some attention and we made the owners aware of our suggestions.
