We had long wanted to have a family long weekend in North Norfolk. Great Hall Estate proved an excellent base. The apartment is pristine and so well equipped. Edward had sent us recommendations for local restaurants too, so we had lovely supper of local lobster at The Kings Head in Letheringsett and at The Dun Cow at Salthouse. We visited Brancaster Beach which is a bit of a drive but wonderful. It has been easy to charge our hybrid car too overnight at the stables. We all definitely recommend this lovely location which is so welcoming.

The apartment was nice and spacious and well-appointed, and a good place for our three generations. The house and gardens were beautiful and generally well-maintained, and the opportunities for games and walks were a great boon. The hot tubs were a definite plus.
The flat could do with a bit of maintenance. But the issues were minor, and all-in-all we found the accommodation very good for our purposes.

Gresham Hall is idyllic. The planted fields and beautiful trees are the tranquil England in our imaginations. It was the perfect place from which to adventure around Norfolk. We had everything we wanted. Thank you, Edward, for telling us all about the area and history of the Hall.
