We got married at Blair Castle on 22nd December 2023. We had a large bridal party staying on the estate and this lodge was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so happy with the accommodation, which was perfect. Thanks again to Karen and the staff for all their help!

Got the feeling that the house had not been recently occupied. Was chilly and the radiators in one of the master bedrooms had failed. The response was good a general handyman came out within the hour but was unable to fix the problem. Plumber came the next day and did, but we had a slightly uncomfortable night. By chance our room, so think all our guests were unaware. Internet went off on the second day, duty manager was helpful but unable to do much. We fiddled switched on and off and pressed buttons randomly and it seemed to re boot We have stayed at Kindrochet for many years for the weekend of the Aberfeldy ball and (god willing0 will continue to do so

We stayed with our fam (16 persons, adults and children)in your lovely specious lodge. We wished we could have stayed longer, we had a supertime. A very friendly place with lots of possibilities.

This is a marvellously spacious house in a great location. Sixteen of us stayed for the weekend and there was plenty of room. Large bedrooms were great and the massive kitchen was ideal with two dishwashers, fridges and freezers. Set in delightful grounds with lots of green space for kids. A deer visited us twice and the kids loved visiting the horses at the top of the hill!

We stayed at Kinrochet lodge as a group of friends (15 adults with infants). The property and location was great for our group and the great weather helped! We enjoyed spending time playing on the lawn, walking nearby to look for wildlife, playing golf in Blair Atholl, park-run in Pitlochry and visiting local parks, the castle, and of course - House of Bruar before retiring infront of the log fire each evening in the sitting room. Communication with the Atholl estates team was excellent throughout and they made us feel very welcome throughout the process and during our stay. We will certainly be back!

A good week, in a comfortable place. Some large, quirky bedrooms all pleasant. Good kitchen, well equipped,, two relaxing rooms and plenty of wood for those chilly evenings. A full size snooker table if interested. A short drive away, there are some excellent walks along Glen Tilt, or an easy top or two. A free trip round Blair Athol Castle is worth doing, but remember to take your house invoice for proof. You don't all have to go as a large party.

A fantastic weekend in a stunning location. The well equipped lodge easily catered for all our requirements thanks to the preparation and attention to detail of the Atholl Estates team. The lounges and games room provided us with relaxation as well as entertainment through smart TV and board games and a full size snooker table was included for good measure. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, (including 2 kitchen sinks). Many thanks to all who helped enable our special occasion.

A little bit expensive but we had a great time at Kindrochet which had everything we needed. Cosy and comfortable. Free admission to Blair Castle was a great bonus - we were fortunate the Castle opened for the season while we were there. Would recommend happily.

Kindrochet lodge is well equipped for all needs and necessities. Not one remark could be given upon our stay at this place. Clean, cosy, warm, unique & typical UK/ Scottish. Some of our party did already came to Atholl to different lodges and they were big fan of Kindrochet.

Kindrochet is a really lovely lodge in a great position with lots of walking right on the doorstep. The kitchen is excellently equipped with ample crockery, cutlery etc and three fridges! The lodge is very spacious and was spotlessly clean. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs . The billiard room was a great addition and used by various members of the family. The sofa in the TV room is very uncomfortable and really needs replacing or new cushions as you could feel all the springs and various other guests had mentioned this in the visitors book. TV reception was affected by the weather but not a real issue. I would have no hesitation in returning to the lodge or recommending it for large groups.
We hired Kindrochet for a long weekend and it did not disappoint. It's clean, hugely comfortable and the bedrooms are extremely spacious. Our group loves to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The grounds are fantastic, you feel miles away from the world yet it's so easy to access from the A9.
We loved it so much we'll definitely re-book next year. Thanks to the whole team for their emails and prompt replies.
