17 Bermuda is stylish two bedroom detached chalet which has been completely refurbished to a high standard. It's walking distance from the beach, cafes, amusements and seaside entertainment. It can sleep up to four in two comfortable bedrooms - please note this property is pet free.

Lack of communication left us not knowing how to get in. Telephone signal was bad, so I didn't receive the late communication until I had stopped for a rest on our way back home.
My 87 yr old Mum was traumatized, as was I.
We spent a lot of money and got no holiday. I haven't even had a reply to an email I sent.
We now have to do without a holiday this year.

We were very sad to read this review - not only is it unfair, but it’s also untrue. We did in fact email the arrival details. She must have had phone signal as she called us regarding these and left a message, but did not pick up when we called her back straight away. The review of the property is totally false as she did not stay there as she did not collect the key from the owner (who also tried to contact her). We’re not even sure that she did arrive. In this case we hope all our other great reviews speak for themselves in providing a balanced view of Winterton Cottages.
