A lovely 4-bedroom villa within a small development of properties in a prestigious location close to the Likya Pavillion and Likya Residence Hotels. Each villa has it's own pool and is within a 10 minute walk of central Kalkan.

The villa is in a quiet spot but only 5 mins walk to the town. Views are superb. Inside is pleasant probably needs a bit of TLC . Outside the pool is great
