We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this excellent villa. Furniture and fittings are very comfortable and of a great standard. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The two terraces are well appointed. The sun loungers and umbrellas are perfect. The pool is a great size and well maintained. The location is great, close to Migros and local bars but away from the main road. Minor issue with the electrics on our last day but this was resolved within an hour. Olive Tree reps are swift to respond to any queries or requests. This is one of the finest villas we have stayed in. The owners have really gone out of their way too create a lovely home from home in Fabio 3. We would have no hesitation recommending this villa to others. Great holiday!

If you are thinking about booking this property just do it, in a great location 10 mins walk into Kalkan town but with excellent restaurants especially Kaptan and a mini market within 5 mins walk for fresh bread each morning at the cost of 1 Turkish Lira! The property is of a very high standard and has everything you could wish for. The property is exactly as the images on the website. Debbie at Olive Tree booked our taxi transfers which were prompt and reliable. The property was cleaned on Wednesdays and Saturday including a change of bed linen and towels. We had a fabulous holiday spent lying next to the private swimming pool. We will certainly be returning.

This was our second time at Fabio & there were some improvements -patio area had a much improved sitting area, very nice blinds indoors. Maid service was very good & any problems were dealt with quickly by KEP, the property management company. We had small things which annoyed us such as no washing up liquid, dish washing cloth, not even a few dishwasher tablets & only half a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & no replacement roll. There was no facility to make coffee but KEP quickly provided a cafetière. For the standard of this accommodation , I would have thought these basics should be provided. We were told that provision of such items is up to the owner. Even the most basic of properties provide these basics. They cost very little & at this quality of accommodation should be provided.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay & found it very relaxing.
