A superb 3-bedroom property in a prestigious location close to Kalkan's harbour area and Old Town quarter. The villa has stunning views across Kalkan Bay and also has table tennis for those who are feeling energetic! The walk to the harbour will take approximately 10 minutes.

2 doubles + 1 twin (the twin bedroom can be configured as a double if preferred)

We arrived quite late and straight to bed, it was only when we woke upon the next morning we could really appreciate the fabulous views over Kalkan Bay!
The villa is well situated very close to the Lydia Residence Hotel (great poolside restaurant for lunch or evening meal), is very well appointed with all the amenities plus more. It is light and airy with great AC to keep the whole house cool when required. The infinity pool is magnificent and great fun for the whole family (6 adults +1 infant), the BBQ area is shaded and brilliant for a stay at home evening with family and a bottle(s) of wine. The villa is very well maintained and exactly as described and pictured on the web.
A simple 10-15 min walk, downhill, gets you into the old town/harbour with all its great restaurants and bars. I would however, seriously consider a cheap taxi ride back to avoid the huff and puff of the uphill walk.
We would highly recommend a stay at this property and when visiting Kalkan next we will looking to stay here.
