A superb 3-bedroom villa with two pools and a large games room (featuring pool table, table tennis, table football, air-hockey, electronic dart board, retro arcade games console and minibar. A supermarket is within a couple of minutes' walk along with various eateries along the Kalamar Road. Kalamar Bay is within a 7 minutes walk and Kalkan town is an approximate 15 minute walk away.

Overall very satisfied, had some minor problems as stated below

Overall very satisfied, well maintained and had all the equipment we needed. We had a lovely time and especially love the outdoor area layout and a wonderful view. Had some plumbing problems in downstairs bedroom and some issue with games room key which should be rectified as very difficlult to open had to call for help. Also the internet connection is not strong or fast enough and I wasnt able to do some of my work when required.
