Set in 25 acres in South East Cornwall, Kernock Cottages has five luxury 5* Gold cottages sleeping 2, 4, 6 and 8. Peaceful and tranquil, but only 6 miles from Plymouth, 9 miles from the beach and 15 miles from both Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Dogs and children very welcome.
My family and I stayed here over the Christmas break. We enjoyed everything about the cottage and surroundings. Very dog friendly including a welcome pack for the dogs, which we always find a struggle when booking lodges / cottages. The cottage was very clean and homely with the lovely hot tub over looking the countryside.
We stayed in the Roost which is made up of two cottages which was great for a family our size.
Highly recommend using Kernock Cottages :)
Had a wonderful 3 night break here - the hot tub is the cherry on the cake and the scenic views across the the valley while relaxing in it make it all the more perfect! Facilities in the cottage are great, everything is just 5* really. No expense is spared, even the fridge is stocked on arrival. Beth is at hand to advise on local visits which is useful if you're a new tourist. We will return!

A fantastic little cottage in a beautiful location, extremely dog friendly with an abundance of information on all the dog friendly locations available to visit. Well equipped, cozy cottage with the addition of a brilliant hot tub and gas BBQ, stunning sunsets.

We were a family group of three generations including a young baby and Beth immediately suggested the Mum get in touch with her direct to choose from the extensive range of baby equipment offered to be provided. This saved much car space on the way down.
On arrival we had a great welcome - personally and by the welcome pack of food. The cottage was very well equipped and furnished with many homely extras. Although there is an adjoining cottage (but not attached) we did no...more
