Georgian Townhouse in London's Bloomsbury refurbished in April 2019 and offering 9 private en-suite rooms.

I was very satisfied with the property however my work suffered greatly last week from lack of Wifi

I was quite pleased with the quality of the apartment and the location, however there were some requirements listed in the rules book that weren't met. First it said that the sheets will be changed every 10 days and towels will be replaced every three days, however this only happened once and I had to request it. Second and this is the worst part, the internet stopped working 5 days before my check out. When booking I warned that I would need to work from home for a substantial amount of time and Wifi was crucial for me, and I was promised excellent service. However nobody was able to respond to my problem. I called about 10 phone numbers, only to be told that they aren't responsible for the internet and redirect me to someone else who would either ghost me or tell me the same. My agent Angela tried to help me but she replied once per day to my emails and said she will forward the request to the technician with no follow up. My work suffered greatly and I nearly got fired because we had an important release. For the amount of money people are paying you cannot afford such poor customer service. I would even request to be refunded for my last 5 days given that the main need I had was not met. I am an airbnb host myself and always refund people if there is no working internet, however I respond to enquiries IMMEDIATELY and fix the issues. You simply cannot afford to have such bad service when it comes to the Wifi especially in today's day and age where our work is mostly online. I would like to be reimbursed for the inconvenience.
