The apartment is exactly as advertised! Great loavation to start with, right around Covent Garden Market and within walking distance (5mins) to all major tube stations which ensures great connectivity. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay (bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with all appliances, cookware and serveware). Well maintained, clean and all super convenient Highly recommend a stay here. The back office reservation team and all staff we interacted with are super responsive and welcoming!
A bonus having a fridge in the room and access to a shared kitchen. No towel change throughout stay, and only one mini shower gel per room per stay which was not enough. Tea and coffee sachets left in kitchen variable so second visit I brought tea and coffee. I would definitely stay again if visiting London.

This secure apartment was close enough to discover the sights of London and spacious enough for us to entertain friends for dinner. We loved it. The servicing was an added treat.

I travelled to London with friends. 7 Greek St was an ideal location: great cafes and pubs in Soho, easy walking distance to the British Museum, Trafalgar Square, and the National Gallery. The apartment is clean, nice and modern: great windows, good kitchen, nice layout. The only negatives were that if you are using the pullout couch, the mattress is really thin, and the bathroom could use a shelf (though there is a drawer under the sink, there isn't much space on the sink to put your makeup in front of the (cool) lighted mirror, Overall, the negatives are very minor for a really lovely...more
Great central location, refurbished apartment, easy to get to public transportation. Issue: the safe needs repair. The owners came to service it the day after we called, so they are quite responsive, but we couldn't get it to work. The queen size bed could use a new mattress. The nightly street noise on Greek St. is an issue you have to accept, but we managed to sleep through it OK.

Excellent stay. The appartement is gorgeous, cosy, decorated with taste, well equipped, beds very comfortable. Nice Linen also available for the coach. Location is perfect, next to bus stops, metro or within 30 mn walk of points of major points of interest. Grocery stores, pubs, aerea feel secure. No view from flat 2, except from a bit of traffic, however when walking ilmediately on Farrington Street, St Paul Cathedral and the Shard can be seen admirably.
This was just perfect! Surrounded by cultural events such as arts exhibitions, live music and lots of good bars and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation and walking distance to everything you might need on a holiday. A minute walk to Denmark street with all the fantastic vintage guitars! The flat is in perfect condition, fully equipped and in our opinion, a much better choice than a regular hotel. We will come back!
Four adults stayed at this property July 2022. The pictures on the website were accurate and represent various units. Our unit was clean and comfortable. It was hot during this time, but there were several fans. The fans were helpful, but we had to sleep with the windows open due to the heat. It was noisy due to street traffic and early morning workers in the area. Our unit had two bedrooms with comfortable, queen-sized beds and a sofa bed. There were two bathrooms. Nice flat with a perfect location for a family weekend. Fully equipped kitchen and close to several supermarkets. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but was ok for kids. The flat had everything we needed.
Good for a family. Easy to get to. Near buses and underground. We could get groceries from shops nearby. Many restaurants i the area. We asked for a check-out time at 12 instead of 10. This alteration was accepted! Were are very thankful and happy about this. That made our day!

What a wonderful little boutique hotel! You cannot find a better location than the Eldon Chambers…tucked away on a quaint street with two British pubs to greet you! Quick response from housekeeping for extras…comfy beds…and the setup was perfect for us! Yes..there are steps…but a little exercise is always good! We will definitely be staying here again!
The appartment is close to all sightseeing points and is surrounded by all neccessairy shops/stores/etc. During the stay we needed help and the team helped us nice and quick.

The area is convenient and as we expected: busy business district. The flat is spacious. Sofa bed mattress was poor. Bedroom window lock broken and couldn’t be closed. Would have been nice to receive clean towels mid week. Communication with mgmt could have been better. Requested extra pillows —never arrived. Insufficient garbage bags, too.
The location is amazing & its a perfect place for a short stay. No frills accommodation for short stay. Excellent initial house keeping with a great welcoming me basket. The only challenge is the staircase to the aparment, so carry small light luggage.
We were supposed to stay at the #3 flat at Mulberry house. After a very long day of travel, we got to the flat, only to see that the pull out couch I was told would fit my 2 thirteen year olds would in no way do so. What followed was a call to the company, which was answered by them sending me back instructions how to work the couch my children would NOT fit on. With my nearly 6 foot tall son in tears, panicking about how he wouldn't be able to sleep we made an on the fly reservation to stay at a premier inn. It was a really nice, clean apartment. Everything you need was there. The location was great - quiet and close to two subway stations. Value for money was great!
We enjoyed our stay in pod four of Eldon chambers. The building was wonderfully located in walking distance of Covent Garden, SOHHO, the Thames river and plenty of other locations with access to groceries, pubs, and cafés nearby. The room was very small with just a little bit of space around the double bed. It worked fine since we were only there upon waking and coming back in the evening after being out all day. Well located to the office . Well equipped apartment kitchen . Nice to have replacement linen for the stay . Lovely new bathroom .TVs need more than 2 channels ( only NI BBC and another ) or need smart tv so can mirror from personal device . Red fan in hall only has 2 electricity prongs instead of 3 so needs replacing . Bed mattress needs replacing shortly as roll into middle and can feel the springs . Good stay . Thank you
Wide apartment in a fantastic position with the Gherkin in the courtyard!!!! There are all necessary equipments to have a confortable stay. The bed of the main bedroom is very good. The bed of the sofà can be improved (mattres not very good) I absolutely don't understand why it is not possibile to open the windows of the kitchen: please make it possible! Regular accommodation, in a good location. A bit noisy when we go to bed, as there is a pub just below, in the same building. The worst is the shower. Horrible!! There was hardly any water coming out, very disappointing.
Good experirience on the whole stay. Recommended for two persons that like to be in the middle of Londons nightlife...
Stayed at this location many times before and have also referred friends and family who travel to London . Regrettably the lift broke down 3 - 4 days into our stay , We reported it promptly but even with a follow up email to ask when it would be fixed, which was responded to with an apology for the inconvenience we spent the last week using the stairs,, ( note we were on top floor ) which with 2 adults , 2 kids 7 pieces of luggage and 4 carry on bags our departure was not easy. There was no further follow up from city living .
Location was as expected. However, staff refused to accommodate us over a 5 night period with regards to air conditioning. We booked this place with AC in mind seeing as how it is the summer. Staff claimed that the AC was broken from night number 1 and seemingly did nothing to fix it, resulting in less than satisfactory sleeping conditions. Staff then claimed they would provide a refund in order to avoid a negative review. No discount has been received and they have since stopped responding to our requests.
