We visited the villa with Friends, the first week there were seven of us and the a further joined us for the second week. What an amazing view, the road is a challenge which we got use to. Angelo was amazing from start to finish, he is a credit to the villa and supported us fully with our stay. Even with the bad weather the first week we had an amazing holiday, the facilitates were perfect, beds very comfortable, pillows perfect.
The site, and house were perfect, especially for large groups. I would definitely stay again. We are a group that does a lot of cooking, so perhaps a few more bowls and wine glasses. But in general the experience was wonderful.
A beautiful villa situated in the hills near Cefalù with fantastic facilities and beautiful views from the bedrooms, lounge and terraces.
We had a most wonderful time at Villa Provenza. It is beautiful and spacious and worked well for our group of 7 adults and 3 children Stefano is exceptional - so helpful and knowledgable. Delicious, fun Pizza night with David We feel fly screens would be most helpful in kitchen area and pillows not very comfortable Would highly recommend it for a quiet relaxing escape
We had a nice holiday at the villa perfect villa nice pool and breathtaking views. Really helpful and perfect staff big thanks guys. The only little thing is that you need to bring you waste to the waste station 10 from the villa. But again Stefano was very helpful and did it for us. We will be back soon. ;-)
We did enjoy our stay at Villa Zagara very much. Many thanks to Massimo for his great support and a real Italian hospitality.
This house is perfect for a family vacation. - We loved the Kitchen. The garden is large and the swimmingpool area is fantastic both in the morning and in the evening. The location is very quiet, - We recommend a strong car because the house is situated on top of a hill about 30 minutes from Cefalù.
Beautiful villa up in Serre in the hills abough Cefalu . Extrordinery view from the villa down at the Sea and at Cefalu.
Villa il Basto is a perfect venue for a family vacation. The villa is beautifully refurbished with good facilities and it's location high up on the hill and the breathtaking view from the terrace over the bay towards Cefalú. We enjoyed a wonderful week there with visits to Cafalú, Palermo and nearby villages Castelbuono and Santo Stefano di Camastra, but it is hard to leave this lovely and comfortable villa even for an outing.
Beautifully presented and equipped 3 bedroom house with pleasant dining terrace with view of the sea. It was spotlessly clean and contained everything 5 adults needed for our holiday. Quite a walk up steps to the centre of the town so need a reasonable level of fitness and there is no on site parking as was advertised. However there is unofficial free parking on the street within 200 metres or so.
We loved the view, the outside cooking area and the pool. Angelo was always on hand to answer any questions and the service provided by massimo villas was outstanding. The villa itself was clean, well equipped and comfortable to an extent as the only complaint I would make was the size of the beds they were all very small double beds, 150cm in width. Cefalu is an amazingly beautiful city with many pretty villages nearby.
The location felt a bit difficult to find at first but the joy of such a lovely spot and well-designed Villa is truly worth it. The pool was perfect, and the contemporary decor and layout was a delight. Their dog Salvo was really sweet and well behaved! The only down side is that we did have issues with wasps around the Villa garden especially when eating outside.
Fantastic silent area with some wind and rather cold swimming pool. Excellent outdoor kitchen, eating table and rest area.
Villa Vittoria was beautiful and Stefano was a wonderful host. He was responsive and patient with us. The villa had everything we needed and was very clean with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea. It is upsetting that the original villa we booked was not available. I found out the day I was leaving that there were electrical problems and this was the only villa availble. I had done extensive research picking that exact villa due to its location, size and style. While Villa Vittoria was beautiful, it was not the style or location we were looking for.
We have just spent a week at Villa Palomina. It is an enchanting, chic villa with the best views of any property I’ve ever stayed at. It’s interior decor is a step back in time, but luxurious at the same time. The kitchen is the hub of the villa, with every piece of kitchen equipment you will ever need. Every dish we cooked at the Villa tasted amazing! The pool was cooler than the sea, but it was October and the villa is very high up in the mountain, so this is normal and to be expected. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the views are the best you’ll ever get. We are looking for...more
Excellent and spacious accommodation ideally located in the centre of the medieval town of Cefalú and very close to the sea. The whole family was extremely happy with the accommodation which included a lovely garden and spa. The concierge service was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.
Lovely apartment og interior. But this time the cleaning was bad, especially bathrooms. And too little basics. Beware that the two apartments share stairs and main/front door, so you might have strangers passing your bedroom in the middle of the night. But for two families it is perfect.
Villa Talia is in a great position overlooking the beach, up a steep, winding track! However it's worth the wait as the view of the bay is amazing. The plunge pool is a welcome respite from the heat! The villa has a load of great little touches and ornaments which adds to the character. Air con in the bedroom was also a godsend in the height of summer.
We stayed in this appartment for one week, an elderly couple with a grown up daughter. For us three it was perfect. The drawingroom upstairs is wonderful with its windows at three sides. The small pentry is quite OK for making breakfast, a sallad etc. The two bedrooms are quite small but nice and the beds are comfortable. We had no problems with the narrow stairs up to the appartment but some people would have. The small street is quiet but just around the corner there are lots of restaurants, bars, shops and just a short walk to the beach. Martina was most helpful and was always easy to ge...more
