We do an annual European 2 week vacation and this will be difficult to top. Firstly I would like to thank Fulvio who was our concierge and in constant contact with me for anything needed at all. Menorca in general is now our favourite of the Spanish islands. The entire island is pristine and the people are equally as nice as the island. The highways are immaculate and driving wasn’t just easy it was fun. To all visitors of all cultures, please respect the cleanliness of the island. If you can’t respect this then don’t come.
The Villa Cliff is on the best piece of property in the area with views of the ocean and other spectacular homes. The pool although not heated was newly tiled and pristine. Being a Canadian I found by the end of 2 weeks in May with the temps up to 27 the pool was a perfect temperature. It had 12 hours of complete sun with 8 loungers perfectly placed on the deck. The back area has an outdoor dining table and many shaded couches and chairs. We had private chef for 4 dinners and dined outside each of those nights at 730 pm. The 4 bedrooms were perfect and the extra bathroom in the basement and outdoors came in handy with the 8 people. Each bathroom was newly renovated to perfection with the latest amenities. There is an upstairs area looking over the ocean and cliffs that I worked in every day with a perfect WiFi signal. The kitchen, you could tell had just been filled with all new dishes, pots and anything any gourmet would ever need. The washer and dryer in the basement along with an extra fridge came in handy as well. I wish I could go on an on more but need to get back to work as we will be booking this piece of heaven in 2027.
