We rented both the Stables and Tack room together for a family Christmas stay. It was absolutely perfect. Well equipped and clean and great for a large group. Great location for us with plenty of space and country walks for the dogs. Would highly recommend .

We stayed for 2 weeks in The Tack Room. It was perfect for my elderly mother. Sarah and the team were so gracious and accommodating to all that we needed. We were able to visit relatives in the area and come back to a comfortable place to rest. It was the perfect location for us, we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here whilst attending our daughters wedding. We had 3 adults in the Tack room and it was very comfortable and clean. The location is lovely and peaceful would definitely recommend

We enjoyed the spacious accommodation and breakfast on the sunny terrace. It had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. Both the bedroom and living area are all glass on one side where the sun rises, so I would recommend black out blinds as an improvement.

A very quiet place, with everything needed for a lovely break; milk and cookies left for us, cosy and warm on arrival (February). A great get away, but only a short drive from Leominster, Hereford and several National Trust properties. Super!

For an older couple, one disabled, this was ideal. Level access, plenty of room, and wet-room with plenty of grab rails. Sarah and associates couldn't have been more helpful. Happy to recommend as a base for exploring Herefordshire.

My dad and I stayed here whilst visiting relatives, it is such a cute little apartment with everything that you would need. The beds were very comfy & the walk in shower wet room was great for my Dad. The owner of the holiday houses, Sarah couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you

Sarah and her son were very helpful. When we could not get any hot water, it was soon fixed.
On the negative side I found the bed less than comfortable. I am used to something more comfortable at home. The kitchen utensil in the cupboards were in a disorganised fashion. We had stayed in a holiday home in Scotland shortly before this, so I was comparing. In Scotland there were less items but they were newer and just felt more user friendly. Sarah did say to contact her if anything was missing as it might have been next door. I would have thought that this would have been sorted before we moved in. As it was I was not short of anything. As someone with an old style mobile, I could not get any signal from the Tack room, and needed a neighbours help when we needed to contact Sarah. The track leading to the accommodation was very rough. I hadn't realised that there were so many rentals on site. I should have looked at their website more closely before booking.
"You get what you pay for!" and I feel this was probably value for money.

We had a fantastic family holiday in Herefordshire, for which The Stable & Tack Room played a significant part. Perfect location to explore the surrounding area for our family of 10. Base for canoeing on the River Wye, Horse Riding at Nokes Farm & a visit to Dudley Zoo! Thank you.

We used The Stables and Tack Room combined which was perfect for our family gathering. A lovely place with great dog walks and convenient for exploring surrounding towns and villages. We loved the Games Room with pool table and table tennis table.
Sarah popped by every now and again and communication with her was great. We had everything we needed.

We hired the Tack Room as an overflow for a big family weekend at Little Cowarne Cottage and the Stables. In the end we didn't need somewhere that was totally accessible but it is great to have the option. Easy access and a wet room is a brilliant addition when all generations are coming together. Modern and comfortable, loved it. The owners couldn't have been more helpful!

Lovely peaceful, fully accessible accommodation. The Tack Room is fully wheelchair accessible and the surrounding area is beautiful. Well positioned between Bromyard and Hereford, with many natural historical and cultural heritage places fairly nearby. Also easy access to Hereford for cinema and retail needs. Car or transport option is perhaps necessary for wheelchair users due to rural position. Three Horse shoes just a short distance away is excellent too for evening meals and during good weather barbecue on the patio of the Tack Room is recommended.

Lovely apartment in Herefordshire countryside. Truly wheelchair accessible , comfortable bed and fab wet room. Great place to "Get away from it all" but with added bonus of a good pub 5mins walk away! (NB If a wheelchair user you will need a strong pusher to help you up the hills to pub!)

We booked the Tack Room and the Stables combined for a Christmas reunion of friends, the group comprised of 10 adults and 3 small children (3, 1 and new born). A great house, with plenty of space for all of us and having the door between the two properties open was great. Lovely location with plenty of parking. Very little phone signal but good wi-fi in the house. Friendly host who came over once we had arrived to check everything was ok. Would definitely go back.

An ideal venue for a family get together with 4 generations , when combined with The Stables which has an adjoining door linking the two . It would be comfortable for 2 people, but the sofa bed did not suit a young male adult.
Sharing meals with The Stables worked brilliantly especially as some equipment was lacking in The Tack room.
There was no chance of boredom with plenty of places to visit for all ages including a friendly local: a lovely part of the world.

We have just come back from a week at The Tack Room. The accommodation was lovely, spacious, modern and had everything we needed for a quiet week away. The location is very rural, which suited us perfectly. There are lots of great walks to do in the area and we had a relaxing time away from all of the hustle and bustle of work. The nearby town of Bromyard had everything we need food-wise, including an amazing butchers called Legges. We're already planning our next visit to Little Cowarne.
