Everything about this cottage was luxury. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. The furnishings are top quality and everything is spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. Everything you could possibly need is provided and an excellent welcome pack. As soon as we entered garden cottage it was calming and relaxing. This is a wonderful place to come and stay 5 stars We always enjoy our time here, the barn has all you need and more with great access to the coastal walks
We have stayed in the owl house a few times and always found it to be very clean, warm and comfortable. There are lovely views from the cottage and feel secure inside the grounds as there is a gated entrance. There is also a very good welcome pack. We hope to be going back again next year
The Cake House provides a wonderful view across the fields to sight various birds, hares and the beautiful big skies. Lovely comfortable accommodation with a well equipped kitchen an generous welcome pack (including locally produced muesli, apple juice and chocolates). Just a few minutes by car to Flamborough Head for the cliff top walks, quarter of an hour to Filey, ten minutes to Bridlington. Walk from the door to Bempton cliffs and the RSPB centre. The apartment is a wonderful super comfortable home from home providing the visitor with every possible amenity. The location is second to none - just around the corner from the Minster, so in the heart of York but in a secluded quiet area. The tapas restaurant - Ambiente Tapas - is not to be missed and is another reason why we keep returning to this great apartment.
This time to this venue, as usual high standard of accommodation and Christmas decorations and touches very nice. Cottage lovely and warm when we arrived.
We had a very enjoyable short break in The Spinney with our grandson, who thought the rooms were 'wonderful'. He really appreciated having his own ensuite and TV (with owl cam!), especially as the weather was not great during our stay. He loved the outside areas and the play area at Field House Farm, and would like to stay there again. We thought the property was very well-equipped with good quality appliances, linen, crockery and kitchenware, although cooks might appreciate an additional spatula and salad servers. Another lovely stay at the Hop Store. It is always nice to return to York and we love staying at The Hop Store , the apartment is very comfortable with everything you need. The hamper is a very nice with coffee & tea and other things. We hope to return next year.
We stayed at Ostler's Corner for four nights with the family and a three year old. The cottage was perfect as our grandson thoroughly enjoyed the on-site play area and went to see the chickens every morning to collect any eggs and to see the cows gazing in the field behind the cottage. The location of the cottage was ideal as only short drives to Bridlington, North Landing beach, Bempton cliffs which is the RSPB site. Absolutely chuffed at this choice of accommodation. Had a wonderful comfortable stay at The Malt House. It was spotless, well equipped, spacious and in a fantastic location. It surpassed our expectations and would certainly consider staying here again when next visiting the area.
Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Helpful hosts. Ideal for a few days near the Yorkshire coast. We saw puffins among other sea birds, and seals on the beach at Flamborough lighthouse.
By chance, I saw Premier Cottages advertising on Facebook and had a look and I would not normally look at the advert but something drew me in. After a little bit of filtering (near beach, dog friendly), The Byre at Field House Farm came up and it looked just perfect for myself, my husband and our cockapoo. I sent a couple of emails off to the owners and got very speedy responses - within hours we had booked. Yet again we have visited the far east!,and enjoyed our stay, watching the owls quartering the paddock through our large window, and the rooks squabbling in the trees. We still made the best of our stay in spite of the weather.
Yet another visit to these lovely cottages. First time in Turnip cottage which was excellent. Won’t be my last stay, it was very spacious and very comfortable. As always I feel very welcome and safe.
Once again we had a lovely stay on The Old Dairy. Definitely a good place to stay as lots to see and do within an hours travelling. Lovely walks, close to the coastal walk, Bempton Cliffs, Bridlington, Filey, Scarborough and a bit further away Whitby. Will definitely be back.
