The cottage is the perfect place if you look for a remote place in the english countryside. You may even see deer from the bed rooms which have a unique view into the natural scenery. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and comfortable. Sightseeing spots like Petworth House or Arundel Castle are just a few minutes drive away. Last but not least - the landlady Clare is very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay for us!
Rubens Barn is a little rural gem. All of the creature comforts, extremely generous food provisions and a wonderful owner who greeted us on arrival and departure. Accessible to Chichester, Midhurst and Petworth. Highly recommended.
Lovely convenient accommodation with great facilities and delightful hosts who were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Castleton very highly.
Excellent in every respect short walk to all you need beach, convenience stores, take away and pubs. Modern smart home with everything you need to make your stay perfect.
We rented this property as an interim between selling our old property and purchasing our new home. The location to the center of town along with the ability to park 3 cars in the drive was a God send. Lovely large Kitchen and dining area, along with a seperate snug area downstairs. Wonderful Garden as well.
A marvellous place to stay, can't recommend it highly enough Spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated - a real pleasure to stay here
What a super cottage. Quaint and quirky, beautifully finished and well equipped. Very comfortable. Lovely enclosed garden with beautiful views over open fields. Lovely owners, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
10 of us took up residence for a week in this lovely property overlooking the river. The house was amazing, unbelievable comfy and extremely well equipped. The house flowed and provided room for people to get away from others for a quiet read. The bed linen was lovely and the towels fluffy, something that is not always featured in rented property. It was safe for children, had a lovely garden and electric gates with plenty of room for cars on the drive. The owners of the property were extremely helpful, telephoning to make sure everything was OK. All in all everybody had a great week and...more
Lovely cottage on the mill pond. Wonderful big kitchen, dining and living area. Great Emsworth location for walks and for shops and restaurants.
Perfect. Very comfortable. Everything in tip-top condition. Fast internet connection. Parking space available. Henry Adams staff outstanding.
It was a very clean house, with all comfort. The object was in the near to Chichester, Bosham and other beautiful cities.
Beautiful location and lovely property all on one level with excellent facilities and fully equipped kitchen making this a wonderful property for short or long stay. Very friendly owners who have two well behaved dogs and welcome your own doggie friends, however, you need to be careful as the property is set back from a busy road and whilst quiet dogs can wonder out through the gate if not attended.
Comfortable, well appointed and clean. The entire property is very beautiful, in a great location and has parking.
The Marina was surprisingly quiet, many boats but little activity. The tides were wrong but weather superb.
Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the contemporary kitchen. My only reservation was the sofa which I did not find comfortable, unlike the bed which was lovely and comfortable. All in all a great stay.
We arrived on Friday afternoon to brilliant sunshine & it never left us for the whole week. Fantastic location & wonderful beach(es) apart from all the traffic at weekends to get to the beach, but we were close enough to walk. Both dogs had a wonderful time & loved swimming in the sea. We would all highly recommend this property.
This apartment is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped with all that you need. Towels and linen excellent quality. Lovely location by the marina and walking around the harbour. Boathouse cafe in the marina good too. I would stay there again.
Three generations stayed for a week in this unique cottage. There was something for everyone.Location superb. We shall return.
It doesn't get better than this. Not only a fantastic location but the apartment is perfect in every respect. Perhaps a mirror and socket for ladies hairdressing needs in the bedrooms but other than that no complaints. We hope one day to return.
We came to stay for Christmas. We had a warm welcome and came in to find the place had been decorated beautifully for Christmas with a tree with gifts for each of us the table decorated too and a food hamper aswell. We came to stay in the summer and loved it so much came back and had the same fabulous experience we will be back again for sure.
Oldbury Cottage is a very comfortable well located property which is ideal for a short break for two people. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus.
We spent more than a month at Lynwood and it was perfect. The rooms are neat and spacious, modern bathrooms and amazing garden.Great location, very well maintained property and awesome owners.
A pleasant lodge situated in a great rural location. Hosts were very helpful and organised and provide regular clean towels, sheets, etc. Baby/toddler friendly too, with a cot provided and safety equipment. The lodge whilst on the grounds of the hosts home manages to still feel private due to it's positioning against the house. Wifi a little slow presumably due to the rural location but was efficient. TV's in both bedrooms as well as the Lounge. Would thoroughly recommend.
For our 12 day stays it would be nice to have a system for drying washed clothing. Cant think of where it might be placed but would be a welcome option for our next stay
Stayed for a week at the beginning of February, cycling in the South Downs and visiting Chichester. A great cottage, compact (fine for two, but would be tight for four), however there was everything that you would need, warm too. Well equipped and everything worked just fine. The hosts were friendly and there was a good starter pack with some basic supplies. Good off-road parking and a hose (great for a dirty winter cycle). Great location, in the middle of the country but only 4 miles from Chichester and about a mile's walk to the pub in Funtington. Thoroughly recommended, I expect that we ...more
We were looking for somewhere to stay for a family long weekend away at Easter and after a very long time of searching for somewhere I found FoxHollow. We really enjoyed our stay, it was just a shame that the weather was very bad and we couldn't really get out and explore. One of our party even visited the local A&E services!.....(they are fine). Since we have been home our children often mention Foxhollow and we hope to go back in the summer time when hopefully the weather will be better. We don't have anything bad to say about this place, it was very clean, the bedrooms were all a go...more
There were many good elements to our Tideways stay in October. It was a very convenient location within Emsworth. The traffic noise was minimal. The parking was not a problem. The house was small, cozy, comfortable and well organized. The management let us back in when we locked ourselves out (on a Sunday) without complaint. For the casual foreign visitor who doesn't want to carry dish and clothes washing powder around with them, a small amount provided would be useful. The only real downfall to this property is the location of the only bathroom as an annexe to the kitchen. This is especially ...more
Lovely peaceful location. Apartment had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, nice and warm. Only very very slight niggle is the coffee pods that were provided hadn’t been restocked and tissues boxes left empty in the bedrooms. As I say, only very slight niggles and obviously didn’t affect stay. Overall a lovely apartment, great weekend. We shall return.
We found New Park Studio was comfortable, with all the conveniences ( such as laundry facilities, kitchen equipment, books, CD's and tourist information). Its location is also convenient: it is a short walk to the shops.
We had a great holiday with our family in Westhampnett House. We loved this new, very spacious house. It has such a luxurious feel overall. Everything was very well arranged by the owners and Henry Adams. Kitchen basics and some games were available, which is always nice. And even fresh herbs in the garden! We had nice weather during our holiday so we were out much of the day, and visited a lot of things in the neighbourhood (the beach, Weald and downland museum, Chichester Cathedral, Fishbourne ...) but also Beachy Head and Stonehenge, which are only an hour drive away. And after such a...more
I had the pleasure of staying at 2,Hatton House over the summer as I needed to vacate my house to ensure a chain was completed but before my new purchase was ready. Hatton House is a modern 1 bedroom apartment with everything you could wish for from a dishwasher to a washing machine a comfortable bed to a very relaxing living room. Rita and Mike the owners made me feel completely at home from the moment they met me with the keys to the time it came to vacate the property. They left me completely to enjoy my time there but they were also never far away if I needed to contact them. The apa...more
The house was bright, clean and in a good location, away from the hustle and bustle but easy 10 minute walking distance to town centre. Everything in the house was to a high specification from furniture to bedding.
Beautiful countryside with excellent opportunities for longer and shorter hikes. Not too far from the beach (40 km). Pub with good food within 10 min drive, shops further away. Car necessary.
Despite this being one of six apartments, the property was very quiet and the sleep quality was good. The location is such that you are in a tranquil area but within easy driving range of various attractions ranging from stately homes to military museums to shopping outlets. Local amenities are good and a few minutes drive away are more substantial outlets. The property is ideal for a short or longer break as there is so much to do in the area.
Great place to stay for exploring the Sussex coast. Homely place with all the modern amenities, helpful having the owners close by who were very welcoming without being too intrusive. All in all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to any small family who like to get out and about!
We have stayed at Still Waters several times, and enjoy it so much that we don't want to leave at the end of the week! We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely spacious house in a peaceful location near the shore. Ruth from Warwickshire.
The accommodation had everything we needed. It is very clean, comfortable and quite. Whilst the owners where close (next door) we where not disturbed in the least, not withstanding they where on hand if we needed anything (which we didn't) It Is set in a very quite, peaceful area and there are local shops within 5 minutes from the location. If you need further shopping facilities the town of Chichester is very close and has a very large selection of shops catering for your every need. Additionally there is a beautiful Cathedral in additions to other attractions. David and his lovely wi...more
The house is located in a quited street but very easy to get to the A286 . The around country views are amazing .
We stayed for 2 weeks in the Run whilst we had builders in our own home and found it a most comfortable retreat. Well appointed and a short, easy run into central Chichester. Highly recommended.
Was amazing, loved every second of our stay, would recommend to everyone! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is our 5th stay at this deckhouse - we love it - especially if the weather is good and you can take full advantage of the amazing views from the balcony. It feels like home from home and we hope to be back next year. Lovely walk into town with lovely eating places. Beautiful part of the world.
The bungalow is tastefully furnished, it lacks bedroom wardrobe and draws in second bedroom which is not good for 2 couples, the cupboard in the hall could be used as a wardrobe very easily with a little thought, it did spoil our visit. The rest of the facilities were very nice. Tv very complicated with 4 handsets to make it usable. Nice situation for walking into Midhurst, and parking off road for the 2 cars was also great.
Very comfortable place in a quiet location. Ideal based for visiting the area. Access was not quite what we were expecting.
Compact and comfortable pied-a terre in easy reach of Bognor Regis and Chichester. Well appointed kitchen, and inclusive access to wi-fi is a definite bonus. Looking forward to a return visit once he planned renovations / extensions are complete. Slight negatives : For me the single beds are a bit too short, and I kept finding the duvet on the floor, so I moved to the double bed. The fence beside the car park is not very secure, and tended to flap towards the car in the high winds. I've mentioned these negatives directly to the Pillings.
We enjoyed this house that fits our need perfect. Lovely view and walking distance to the village centre.
Very nice, comfortable apartment, well decorated, well equipped with all needed appliances and great location.
I rented this cottage for me and my elderly parents. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. One bedroom is on the main floor and is not directly attached to the bedroom although adjacent to it. The cottage is very comfortable and has everything that you need for a relaxing short holiday or like us, a longer two week stay. The cottage is surrounded by lovely walking opportunities and the buzz of Chichester Marina but once you close the gates, you are in your own private garden, complete with fish pond. We were awoken every morning with birdsong. There are books, SkyTV, wifi. The kitchen h...more
The good parts: 1. Location. It is beautiful and peaceful 2. Comfy bed and big powerful shower 3. Clean and modern 4. The people at Premier Marinas were friendly and helpful The bad parts: 1. It's way too hot. It needs air conditioning and blinds on the windows (outside). The hot water system makes it even hotter and the cold water also runs hot. 2. It needs comfy loungers and a sunshade on the patio. 3. We were there three weeks but no-one offered to clean, or change the linen. We had to ask for the bed to be changed and were given the run-around on whose responsibility it was. 4. Th...more
Very nice , clean and tidy house , good location , really enjoyed my stay there , i will return , is a lovely house
The apartment was far better than anticipated. Contemporary, warm, spacious abd very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and good quality linen. Large airy bathroom with snowy white towels. Everything was spotless. Quiet apartment with super views over the Marina.i would definitely return.
This two bedroomed apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Midhurst but at the same time is a quiet and tranquil place. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are kept in very good order, clean and well furnished - with the addition of comfy beds and quality linen and towels. The kitchen has all the expected appliances and the sitting room is large with good furnishings and a table which will sit 6 comfortably for meals. I would highly recommend booking Angel Yard for any family wishing to tour/visit the South Downs area. Excellent value for money, as opposed to using hotels, through an effi...more
A well located home from home, with everything you’ll need for a relaxing break or adventurous trip.
Pleasant cottage in a lovely area. Owner extremely helpful. Good facilities, Recommended for walkers.
Brewery Cottage is well placed to explore the city of Chichester by foot. The cottage is fairly close to the owner's home but not overlooked. We never saw the owners at all during our week's stay which we felt was rather impersonal despite them being at home... A welcome would have been lovely. The cottage was really quite dark so we needed the lights on all the time! The windows don't really let in much light and have shutters on them. We pulled up the shutters during our stay to increase the light throughout the cottage but it didn't make too much difference! The external windows were ...more
We haved a problem with hot water at arriving and cleanliness of the house. Laura was very efficient and solved the problem the next day. I think the person in charge of cleaning and control the house before our arrival didn't look properly.
Can highly recommend this flat which is really priceworthy, clean, and big. The much better choice than any of the local hotels that are close to the hospital.
Enjoyed ourselves in this property from the moment we arrived. Dog friendly and very quiet place with gorgeous views. Would definitely visit again.
We were a bit disappointed that on arrival the heating wasn't working, but with a phonecall to the owner that was sorted very quickly. Also lack of comfy seating for six adults was a slight disappointment, but overall we had a lovely stay at the property. Beds very comfy, underfloor heating in kitchen very cozy and with the owner dropping off logs for the open fire that also made for a delightful stay over a chilly and snowy Christmas!
The owners provided a warm welcome en were very friendly and helpfull. An ideal location for exploring the South Downs. Don't forget raingear en boots! It is very quiet and the cottage is cosy and warm. At the back you have a patio with lots of privacy and nice views. The master bedroom is large and has a comfortable bed. When you stay with four adults, one person has to sit on a high chair in the lounge. The kitchen is well provided. I only missed an exhaust above the cooker. Wifi good. David The Netherlands.
My ladies were very happy and comfortable, which gave me peace of mind as I'd booked it for them, due to a double booking in my property.
This was the ideal setting for our family of five. Everything was very clean and well provided. Thank you for making our memorable visit to England so enjoyable! The Saunders Family from Canada.
We were a family of 4 staying for 5 nights in August. The accommodation was very comfortable and roomy. The beds were a good size, everything you need in the kitchen (no dishwasher but it did not matter). Good shower and bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you..
Lovely cottage with a stunning garden. Very peaceful. Felt like it was a much loved home as opposed to an anonymous rental. Would happily return.
Really nice flat! The bathroom could be a little bit more user-friendly ;-) (shower can be only half-closed, no shelves or hooks to deposit your stuff near the washbasin). But apart from that everything was really good. Much space, very nice interior decoration, clean and at a perfectly central postion in Chichester.
Excellent location, nice walks, good food at The Boat House. Accommodation was excellent very clean and comfortable. Will be returning.
Very helpful secretary. A bit unsettling as the owner has sold and moved out of the big house during our stay. TV too small for such a big room!
Delightful period cottage, full of character and well maintained. Host was particularly welcoming and provided an excellent and generous welcome pack. Chichester town centre is 10-15 minutes walk from the cottage.
Well equipped, clean, quite retro stylish. Not cramped, twin bedroom a decent size. Very handy to be in the centre of Emsworth but not noisy. Only downside was no dedicated parking although there is adequate parking around.
We love Oysters and hope to keep returning! The location is wonderful and our children love it! It is not as modernly decorated as many holiday houses but that doesn't worry us. My only (minor) feedback is that there is relatively little hot water - even when using the 'boost' button. But overall - another wonderful holiday! Thank you!
Nice roomy house for 6 people. Good size bedrooms, lovely size garden - just be careful playing football that the ball does not go in the stream. Chairs in the lounge were a big hit! Small minus point is the shower - need to make sure there is no water and pressure loss out of the tube under the console. Good wi-fi.
We had a wonderful stay in Birdham, Beautiful cottage in a good location! Would definitely recommend and hopefully we will be back :-D
The cottage provided exactly what we needed and it’s location was excellent allowing the children easy access to the beach. A suuceesful holiday.
Aura Favoni is beautifully situated and with a lovely garden - very close to the Roman Landing. For a large party the sofas and armchairs are not comfortable. The house was decidedly musty when we arrived. We had to air the house on a daily basis. The bed linen, although spotless, had been washed using a highly scented conditioner which we find difficult to tolerate. The bathroom requires an update and in the ensuite shower the water temperature was quite cool for us and impossible to increase. Rather alarmingly, on tidying the house before we left, we found an open carton of mice/rat pois...more
Super flatclose to city walls and center. Beautiful kitchen and spacious lounge. We would definitely go back.
The accommodation was very large, nice arranged and very quite located. But the cleaning company did a very poor job. After complaining dirt (traces of former users) and spider nets (inside and outside) the company came again - unfortunately with the same result.
We've just spent a wonderful week in this property, we were 3 couples and 1 single. There wasn't a 2nd set of keys for us to use as indicated in the house details and I have to admit we struggled with the key safe, height, getting the keys to stay in the safe and to close it then, plus the prickly shrubbery next to it. One of the sofa chairs was a bit lumpy and lobsided ,( the one immediately in the lounge) . Lack of wardrobes in 2 of the bedrooms meant We had 5 people using the the main bedroom wardrobe. Also lack of any mirror close to a socket for doing hair in every room. The property w...more
Nice family house in quiet surroundings. Great to be able to have a meal in the garden. Close to lovely sea front public footpaths.
It was a lovely, very comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back some time.
I stayed in No1, Cathy's own flat,as she had mistakenly double booked No 2. It was very comfortable & Cathy made me very welcome & let us use all her equipment.
The best thing about this house is it's excellent location, close enough to the beach you can taste the salt in the air. Big + for fast internet connection and lots of home equipment like washing machine, dishwasher and much more.
The location is FIVE STAR and Pagham a delightful spot. It is not really a cottage, but a much loved 'family gathering' second home, I would guess. We had a wonderful week together...son and grandchildren. I would like to stay again...so that says it all really. Thank you very much.
This is the second time here and we will be back again. Really quiet location but handy to get into Goodwood, Chichester and the coast. Comfortable apartment with everything you need
We thought the apartment was absolutely delightful and very clean and comfortable. However the peaceful tranquillity was spoilt for the last two days of our stay by some very noisy and inconsiderate people staying either side of us .They were talking very loudly on the terrace until late and slamming doors which disturbed our sleep. So although very nice, one is at the mercy of whoever is staying in the apartments at the same time. This needs to be addressed .
The stay at Poplars Farmhouse was a surprise for my wife which the whole family including children and grandchildren kept meticulously and the surprise was augmented by the presence of our daughters from abroad. My wife was thrilled with the location and the celebration. Like us she loved the place and its ability to allow everyone to gather together at times and yet to be away from the others at other times. A most enjoyable stay thank you.
We rented The Barn for seven nights as a venue to host a family gathering for our daughter's wedding. It was a very suitable location for such an event being spacious and well laid out. It was clean, generally well supplied with necessary equipment, crockery etc., bedding was comfortable and overall we were pretty happy with our experience. However, there were some problems that need to be addressed with some urgency; 1. The walk-in shower on the ground floor delivered scalding water and represented a serious risk to children/infants and was in fact quite a problem even for an adult t...more
Beautiful house with lovely garden. 3 double beds and 4 single beds so great for a big group like we were. And house has got everything you need. Only the double bed in the garden house was quite uncomfortable and only suitable for 1 person, not a couple. But the other beds in the main house were great. In terms of the location please note that the map on the ad is very misleading, it shows the house being in Eartham and we thought we could walk to the local pub in 5 mins. It is actually 5 mins drive/40 mins walk north of Eartham! so don't expect to be able to walk anywhere. Also we found it o...more
Overall the house was ok, clean and great location. Personally i think a little work could be done with regards to the holiday letting side, no welcome manual, so no instruction on how to use the shower, heating, etc. and details on where is good in the local area, for dining and sight seeing. We were staying for nearly 2 month as relocating to the area, so for this length of stay, further items were needed, the hoover is hard to use, no mop provided for cleaning the wood effect floors. Only 1 door key. parking can be a little tricky in the cul de sac, no selected parking bay.
Last minute booking for this superb character apartment, right in the centre. Better than the photos. Bed a bit on the low side, but comfortable. Not advertised as having WiFi - which I didn’t notice when I booked. However we could get BT WiFi-fon on a paid service - so we could get on line. Well equipped and spotlessly clean.
We rented Park View for a family get together for 8 adults . The house was ideal for this occasion and in a very nice area , handy for Midhurst Town and shops and visiting several Sussex attractions close by and a trip to Portsmouth Dockyard . The house was warm and comfortable and each couple having their own bath/shower room very convenient . There was adequate furnture to seat 8 adults comfortably and round the dining table . The owner was quick to respond to a couple of problems we encountered . This is a lovely house in a beautiful area, our only comment would be that it requires a bit mo...more
Our family group of 10 spent a long weekend enjoying the seaside and surrounding area. Fishermans Cottage provided plenty of space for us to relax indoors and the facilities provided were excellent. The first floor sitting room with views of the beach was lovely. This would be a great location at all times of the year. Highly recommended.
Although we loved the location of West Mount Cottage and the welcome pack was very thoughtful, the 2 most crucial items in this property were sadly lacking. The beds were extremely uncomfortable (my husband suffers with a bad back and was in agony by the middle of our stay), and no relief could be found on the sofas as they also lacked any support whatsoever. No dishcloth (I bought one), mop and bucket, broom, vacuum or toilet brush were provided so any cleaning was almost impossible. I would suggest the beds and sofas be replaced to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests and more facili...more
Great location and cottage for a short stay, shame the local pub has been closed for some time. Customer service for small problem with the hot water excellent. Will almost certainly return.
At the allotted time of 15:00 my wife and I entered the property and found things to be in a very poor state. The curtains in the three main rooms were closed and the whole property was in relative darkness and far from welcoming. In the bedrooms the beds were unmade and untidy. In the kitchen there were food scraps on the table and the lavatory needed flushing. The agents were made aware of the problems and we waited for people to come and clean the property. A further wait was necessary for different people to bring the bed linen. At 17:30 the property was finally clear for us to bring ou...more
Good access to town in a quiet area but with little privacy outside of the flat. The flat was well furnished and comfortable with all the modern appliances .
This was our second stay at this property, which is ideal for us and our two dogs. Being less than 50 metres from the shoreline and public footpaths makes it very easy for walking the dogs. Emsworth town, with its many pubs and restaurants, is no more than a 10 minute stroll, which makes the location of Avocet Quay excellent for our needs. The "pod" itself is "Tardus" in nature (ever expanding), very comfortable and ideal for a relaxing break.
Our stay was for 2 weeks. The house itself is beautiful, nicely renovated with a sun trap back garden. Parking outside for one car very comfortably, 2 is tight. The living room/ dining room is a good space with a large tv. The kitchen is small but has good appliances. It could use a washer/dryer for the laundry rather than just a washing machine. We got lucky with the weather so the clothes lines worked for us. There were plenty of plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and utensils. The main bedroom is lovely, the second is snug with the 2 beds and has very little draw space. The big negative for ...more
The house was very beautiful. Everything was correct like in the description. All in all a perfect location to have a stay with two persons. The host was really friendly and helpful. If there are any questions you can ask her and she'll help you. At arrival there was already tea and sugar in the kitchen and Lillian offered us to bring us some milk. There are three supermarkets in the city and you can reach everyone by foot. The little terrace is beautiful and If you have nice weather you can sit outside, relax and enjoy the lovely garden. To the seaside you have to walk about 15-20 minu...more
Our 3rd visit. The kitchen is now lacking in some areas - the oven and knives in particular. WiFi is poor. Otherwise, we had a good stay.
Was so looking forward to our week in Emsworth but standard of accommodation was sadly lacking, not at all what we expected.
Position good although reading the notes and viewing pictures I thought this cottage was overlooking the prom. The cottage was not very clean. The rug in lounge very dirty. I don't think any cleaning has been done under the beds (see bunk room) the ironing board was left out in lounge. The kitchen bin has a banana skin in so that wasn't cleaned. The bathroom cabinet too low so that you bump head when rinsing mouth or washing face. The extractor in bathroom not working so mould on tiles and very damp. When window open the builders can see in as their ladder was outside. The wardrobe in the bunk...more
Beautiful traditional little cottage with beautiful gardens the only down side is being on the corner of two main roads. However, this does mean that you are only a short walk away from the local shops and pubs and just a little further walk from the beach.
Lovely property in great location within walking distance of Chichester and easy road access to portsmouth etc. A few little touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and information on the local area (recommended restaurants, local walks etc) would have been useful.
It was good for short stays (eg up to a week). However since no dishwasher or washing machine then its no good for stays over one week.
Very comfortable stay , had everything there we needed . Good location nice beach , Good shops and takeaways in village and nearby pubs nice food and dog friendly .
Located close to Chichester, but somewhat difficult to find. You are pretty much in your own when you arrive, with little to no introduction to the property.
