We had the pleasure to stay at Three Jays and could not have picked a better place to stay. The home is well stocked with anything you need for your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We wanted a property for a family gathering over Christmas and Three Jays was an excellent solution that surpassed our expectations. The hosts had clearly thought carefully about what guests may need and we were blown away by their attention to detail and thoughtfulness. The accommodation was clean, stylish and spacious. We easily fitted everyone in while meeting their various needs and still had room to host a couple of quiet dinner gatherings. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. The dog in our party was extremely well provided for and he thoroughly enjoyed the warm water spray when returning from muddy walks!
This property is definitely on our list for a return visit.

This property is excellent with all the facilities you could want, an actual home from home. We had a family holiday to visit Glorious Goodwood with 5 adults and 2 children. The location is great for the area and there is a lovely walk down to the marina.
The kitchen is very well stocked and there was even dishwasher tablets and laundry products.
We really couldn’t fault the stay at all it’s a very comfortable bungalow with 3 good size double bedrooms and a 4th room with bunk beds. There is one en-suite and family bathroom as well as a separate toilet, always good to have 3 toilets with a large family group.

We have stayed in this cottage before and it has always been clean and well-equipped. It was perhaps not quite as clean this time as previously but still very good. The garden is very good for the dog. It could be improved by the addition of a larger umbrella or awning for shade, and some garden loungers, also the ability to lock the gates to prevent someone walking in. We felt it was too expensive and this would put us off returning.

We had a lovely holiday at the Three Jays and we have already booked a second visit...
The only reason for the scores 4 are minor things like we felt the beds were a bit too soft some of the fixtures were a little dated and worn out like the front door handle and the stone gravel from the drive to front door path were difficult for my father to walk across but these are nothing compared to all the good positive parts.

This is a lovely cottage, very well equipped and in a great location. It is a short walk to the coast but quiet as it is set back from the road. We have stayed here before and will again. The only slight short-comings on this occasion were no spare toilet rolls and no dishwasher tablets.

We arrived and were so happy to find that our kind hosts, David and Margaret, had left a few essentials in the kitchen and some delicious homemade cookies.

Everything was very clean and comfortable and cosy and we were all very happy to be at Three Jays.

The house was well equipped and comfortable. It’s a 20 minute walk into Emsworth which is a lovely little town with some good eateries and a little harbour area.
We enjoyed our stay very much

The cottage was very large, comfortable and nicely presented. They had thought of every possible piece of equipment we could have needed. The garden was lovely and enclosed for the dog. I only had one negative and that was that the gardener let himself into the garden unannounced. On top of the privacy and security issue with this, he could have let the dog out or have been bitten as an intruder, if the dog had been a fierce one, and then that would have been the dog's fault, I suppose. When I said he should have knocked he was completely dismissive and oblivious to having done anything wrong.
