Our fourth stay at Rocklands. Can't fault the rooms or facilities. Walking distance to the shops and Newquay centre. Ten minute walk to the beach. We were blessed with great weather too.

Only draw backs were the car space designed for old style mini so if you have an average size car you may struggle to park.
Despite the large bathroom the corner shower seems to have been an after thought and very restricted.with nowhere to put shower gel, shampoo etc..

Further to your Review we strongly disagree with your comment about the size of the car space. We have had VW transporters in the space so it is misleading to say otherwise. With regard to the shower area there has never been a negative comment made before so perhaps you stayed in a different apartment?

Located on top of a cliff with stunning views of the beach. Clean and well presented apartment within walking distance of many eateries, supermarkets, pubs and shops. Having a dedicated parking space was a bonus.

Everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. I'd happily stay at this apartment block again.

If I had a minor criticism I would say the lounge seating and coffee table had seen better days, but this did not detract from our stay there.

My partner and I recently stayed at 28 rocklands for a week, it was amazing. It was very clean upon arrival and the view from the front window couldn’t be beaten. It is very central to shops and for us it was about a 15 minute walk to Fistral beach. The beaches next to the apartment were just as good as Fistral beach and had nice easy access to them. All over a wonderful stay we would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location with fantastic views.
Apartment very clean and well provisioned with appliances.
Having the car space was great even though it was very tight getting the car in the space, passenger had to get out before parking so there was enough room for driver to exit.

Lots of good eateries around if you don't fancy cooking.

Thank you for your Review. As you will know from other town centre locations car parks are restricted in some instances, but in all cases, including your stay at this apartment, a larger vehicle like a VW Transporter can fit into the space. It is about how the car is parked.

The apartment was perfect. It was clean, modern, in a great location...everything we needed for our two week stay. The view out to Tolcarne and the Atlantic ocean were amazing. We would definitely stay in these apartments again. The car parking space was also an added bonus.
