Have stayed at this lovely flat twice ,and will surely be back ,everything is their what is needed,always spotless clean ,best regards on the cleaners,perfectly done
Lots of things to do in Newquay,lots of very nice walks ,stunning views, you don’t have to be a Surfer ‍♀️ to come to Newquay,although I like watching them

Fantastic apartment just 3 minute walk from the beach (through the back alley and turn left, then right) and a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to Newquay. The beach was busy enough
to keep you entertained but quiet enough so you always had loads of room. The owners/manager has provided loads of little extras so if you forget anything you can use their supplies until you get to the shop to replace their stock. The apartment has pretty much everything so you could just take your clothes and toiletries and move in. Would definitely book this apartment again. Perfect for families, couples or if you just want to get away on your own.

Stayed here many times and never been disappointed . Such value for money compared to other apartments I have stayed in, in Newquay. Always spotlessly clean. Good location, ideal for Fistral beach. Good size designated parking spot,

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at number 41. We have now stayed in this flat 5 times and feel very much at home. We so look forward to our annual trip to Cornwall - we are creatures of habit! Staying in this accommodation suits us down to the ground. We love being so close to the headlands, the beach and town. Having a dedicated parking space is a huge bonus.

The only problem we had was when I went to unpack shopping into the freezer, I discovered a can of coke had exploded inside the freezer, creating a considerable mess. I defrosted the freezer, which it was in need of, and cleaned it the best I could. I did feel that a cleaner should have checked the fridge and freezer to ensure they were empty and clean. This incident was communicated to the agency and assistance was offered.

We appreciated the delivery of fresh linens after the first week of our stay which hasn't happened every year.

All in all, another superb holiday.

The Apartment is very good but the bed and the sofa has had its best years. The bed is saggy and the sofa is very saggy that you think your sitting on the floor. But all the rest is wonderful.

A lovely apartment in a convenient location. The property was a good size for 2 adults. It was very clean and comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

A lovely clean, comfortable apartment with good parking. The bed was very comfortable, and a good size bathroom. The small balcony is a sun trap which was great to sit out on after a day out exploring the area. The area was very quiet and no noise at all from any of the other apartments in the block.
Nice costal walks almost on the doorstep, and the town with it's many pubs and restaurant is only a pleasant 15 minute walk away.
No books to read there, but plenty of DVD's, however we didn't get round to watching any.
We will hopefully return.

We have just returned following a fantastic stay at 41 Tre Lowen over the Easter holidays. Great apartment with all the necessities required for a great stay, wonderfully comfortable bed and in a great location to access the town on foot with beautiful coastal along the way.
Instructions for the apartment was clear and easy to follow, apartment was ready and clean on arrival. Quiet area and lovely little balcony which is a sun trap when the sun hits in the afternoons.
really enjoyed our stay, we will be returning.

Everything that we needed provided. Comfy large bed, quiet, no clutter, easy, car parking,
2 tiny points; TV in bedroom seems to turn itself on (we did see that noted in folder) but feel that this should be resolved and would have appreciated fresh milk instead of long life.

41 Tre Lowen is a simple but nice and quiet Apartment near Fistral Beach. We spent 2 wonderful and relaxing weeks there. Strongly recommended if you don‘t value a sea view.

We have stayed here on two occasions, both times we have not been dissapointed. The cleanliness of the apartment is always immaculate. The location to Fistral beach is ideal and a walk into town takes about 15 minutes.
This is a real gem of a find, especially compared to prices of similar apartments in Newquay.

This was our fourth time staying in this flat. It is ideally situated for what we want. A first floor flat, car parking, comfortable flat. Flat was clean and tidy and has had a couple of improvements made since our last visit. The addition of another comfy chair in the living area was very welcome. The welcome pack was most generous and very well received. This was the first time we've been in June rather than August/September, which was very pleasant. Some minor noise from a flat nearby caused a minor irritation one night but could get that anywhere. On the whole it was very quite and nothing to disturb us other than the seaguls at 0600 each morning. The bed was comfortable, although we did expect a change of laundry midweek, but no big problem as there is a washing machine which sufficed. Good information pack within the flat and we will certainly be back again.

This was my third stay at 41 Tri Lowen and once again thoroughly enjoyed it.
Apartment contains everything you could possibly want and is spotlessly clean and tidy.
Located just a short walk to the beach and into the town, you will not be disappointed if you rent this apartment. I know I will be booking it again in the future

The apartment was outstanding in every way. All instructions so clearly given for everything, spotlessly clean and nearly everything catered for, the addition of a Nespresso machine would actually have been the icing on the cake! Great location for access to beaches and Newquay with the Gannel Estuary close by. We had the most fantastic week at No. 41 and wouldn’t hesitate to book again

We recently stayed at 41 Tre Lowen and thoroughly enjoy our stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (and more) to make it feel like a home from home. The bed was super comfy and kitchen and cleaning cupboards very well equipped. We even stayed in one night and ordered a takeaway there were lots of options available. This was our first week away with our 9 month old and with the help of the added high hair and cot it made the whole experience even easier. I Would love to return one day. Perfect for a couple or a family with a child still sleeping in a cot. The flight of stairs was wide enough to carry the pram down with ease too. Parking space outside so also accommodates a large vehicle/van. Overall 5* for this apartment from location to cleanliness. Would defiantly recommend!

We stayed here for one week in July 21. The apartment is spacious and airy. We loved the open plan kitchen and sitting room. The bed was so comfy. The apartment was Immaculate in cleanliness. All of the crockery, glasses cooking utensils, were new and matching. So many times I have come across odd wine glasses etc. The little balcony was handy for sitting out early evening. We loved how close it was to fistral beach, and in such a well kept area of Newquay. In short, we loved it, and would definitely stay here again.
