The location of 2 Bolowthas Court cannot be faulted, you can see the sea from the lounge and main bedroom and it is a short walk to a couple of beaches. But the apartment was very dusty, I suffered from allergies for the first 3 days due to the amount of dust, this was noticeable by us all. There was no welcome pack or instructions provided so I had to ring the housekeeper who just said that somebody must have put it away somewhere. We never found it so had to figure out how to use everything on our own and work out how the bins worked. The property is also very dated now, the beds are not very comfortable and the lounge furniture is a bit tatty, a glass table is also not very practical for a holiday let. There was also work going on in the entrance atrium to the building, so the lights didn't work in the corridors. All in all it was an OK place to stay, but for the cost we have stayed in much better places in Cornwall.

Further to your Review of this apartment we will respond to each observation as follows: If you suffer from allergies you should have advised us beforehand so the Housekeeper could have prepared the property to your needs. It is unfair to criticise as you have done after the event. There is a welcome pack and information folder which I found in the side table drawer alongside the fire risk assessment and tourism information. The apartment is not tired and dated as you called it, it is contemporary and modern, perfect for holiday stays. It is in a perfect location for the beaches and town and local transport. It is very popular with guests and repeat customers. We were not made aware of any building works in or on the building so we cannot comment on this point.

Absolutely recommend it’s was clean and tidy great view. Loved the balcony’s definitely will go there again had the best time .

We have been spending holidays in Newquay for over 30yrs This Apartment is absolutely great very roomy with 3 spacious double size bedrooms. Great location within easy walk of Newquay town centre and Beaches. Fistral Beach is probably a good 25mims walk as located on the opposite side to the Apartment. Excellent Amenities within the Apartment. Both balconies have sea views and are great for chilling and people watching. Booking was easy and straight forward. Would highly recommend.

We have rented this apartment now for the last two years .
It is a well maintained fabulous family place .
The views are amazing.
The location is perfect, close enough to walk into Newquay but far enough away from the busy town at night .
We will be returning again next year .

As I mentioned above wonderful apartment.
The outside doors were a little difficult to open, and on arrival we couldn’t find the info. Book so it took us a while to get wifi. We asked both SCC and the Housekeeper for the book but didn’t receive one and only got an answer from the housekeeper re: rubbish area on Monday or Tuesday. You mention how important it is for us to read the Info. Book we also needed the info.! Especially the wifi as our phones are Swiss.
There was an item of dirty washing in the washing machine, but these things can happen! and we left them in the washing machine area.
We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, the beds and sofas so comfy, and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms.
The wardrobes were quite full of renovation equipment and bits and pieces but we didn’t have a lot of clothes to hang. Thank you for the wonderful stay, in your super apartment and great location.

We arrived at this property on 19th June 2021 . Everything was clean & tidy .
Nice extra touches too , ie Tea, coffee , sugar & fresh milk in the fridge .
Hand sanitizer on all wash bowls .
Bleach & toilet rolls too.
This apartment was ideal for my family of 5 .
Plenty of room for us all to sit together in the lounge .
Lovely decor.
Comfortable beds & very efficient showers .
Great location to get out & about .

Great accommodation, everything you could need, great sea views our second visit to this property .We looked to book again for the same dates next year but the price has gone up by over £600 !!! Very disappointed obviously an attempt to recoup money due to lost revenue due to covid But just not prepared to pay such a huge increase and will be looking to come to Newquay again but not in this property , which is a shame.

We discussed your Review over the telephone as we felt as a returning customer you could have talked to us first of all before bearing in mind we give a customer loyalty discount on the next holiday which you agreed would have made the net price more acceptable to yourself. When we set the rental rates for the next season we follow the trends of our competitors and what the holiday climate is like. With the pandemic Staycation is the keyword and Cornwall is particularly popular at this time. You agreed with these observations as as well.
