The Coach House is a delightful character property situated in Bournemouth’s favoured West Cliff with close proximity to Bournemouth's award-winning blue flag beaches and Bournemouth Town Centre. This studio apartment has a double bed, off road parking and complimentary WIFI. Adult only accommodation.

Because of the double booking we didn't stay in the apartment above instead we stayed in a place which was on the third floor,was very hot in the building and in the flat,very loud outside at night and not possible to leave the windows open and having blinds shut because the blinds where banging on the windows,the lift had two buttons pushed in and as a result we had to walk up the stairs through out our stay although the lift 'worked'. The emergency contact person was rude and we waited 2 days for a TV to work. They didn't provide a folder explaining how to use appliances and that is very important to know if you just staying for 5 days . the emergency contact person told us to wait till Monday .
There was 2 ring portable cooker,no oven and washing machine not inside the flat.
My email was ignored when I mentioned that I didn't like the apartment and that it was not my original booking.

I must say that we couldn't have wished for a more lovely landlady. My in-laws are spanish and can't speak a word of English, however the owners (who live next door) were very helpful and accommodating and always willing to assist whenever needed. Te cottage was in excellent condition and located in an ideal position. It is very quiet there but yet still very close to the centre of Town which was ideal as my in-laws struggle to walk to far. Highly recommended!

I stayed in flat 3 of the Coach House for 4 months and found it an absolute pleasure to live there. Jayne, the landlady was friendly, helpful and just a lovely person all around. The studio flat was comfortable, well decorated and furnished and you couldn't ask for a better location - a 5 minute walk into the centre of town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place for 1 or 2 persons who wish to take advantage of all that Bournemouth has to offer.
