This three bedroom, two storey town house offers two double (king-size beds) bedrooms and one twin bedroom with panoramic sea views over Poole Bay. Located alongside Poole Marina, next to Fisherman's Dock just a moments stroll from Poole Harbour and the high street. Off road parking for up to 2 cars. Ideal for families, but please note this accommodation does not accept children under the age of 5.

Blue Swell sits really close to the harbours edge and has large patio doors overlooking the view on the top two floors .
We enjoy this so much . Even on a bad weather day you can sit and enjoy watching activity in the harbour . The living
room has a small balcony with a bistro table and chairs to sit with a coffee or glass of wine and the patio garden outside
the kitchen door has a very good sized table and plenty of chairs for eating outside on sunny days .
The house is extremely well equipped with everything you need and we found it beautifully clean . A delightful place .

The property is a very nice town house a short walk from the centre of Poole. There is parking for two cars including a garage but there is room only for two medium size cars and not two large cars.
The kitchen facilities are excellent if you wish to self-cater, The views over the harbour are fabulous. from all three floors.
The house is also excellently situated for routes out of town if you wish to go east or west along the coast.

We found Blue Swell perfect for our annual holiday in Poole .
The views are wonderful and the Quay is close at hand . The house is well equipped in every way and Smart Home
Holiday Rentals kept in touch to ensure that everything was going well .
We found the ground floor patio area brilliant for the whole family eating outdoors in the hot weather and the living
room balcony lovely for just sitting and watching the boats go by . We enjoyed our stay very much and
none of us wanted to leave which is the best recommendation I can give !

It's a very well located harbour front property just off the main quayside in Poole and also close to the town and amenities. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed and equipped. Excellent views across Poole Harbour. Sitting on the terrace and balconies in the sun was enjoying the high life. Really nice place and area!

A lovely property set in a perfect location with beautiful views of Poole harbour.
A very short walk from the centre of Poole, the property provides a perfect base for exploring the surrounding Dorset coast.
The parking at the rear is very convenient for unloading and loading luggage.
The interior layout allows for sunny breakfast seating on the patio, and evenings on the upstairs balconies watching life in the harbour go by with ample room for people to enjoy their “own space” too.

Wonderful location,very peaceful.views were amazing overlooking the quay.shops,beach and places to eat 5minute walk away.everything you need ed .property was very comfortable and immaculate.having parking was a bonus.also sandbanks was only a 15 minute drive from there also.we had a very enjoyable stay and would use it again.

We booked this accomodation for a family gathering over a long weekend. The house was in an excellent location, close to Poole Quay and overlooking Poole Harbour. The views from the house were stunning. Being able to park 2 cars at the property was also very convenient. The accomodation was spacious and the kitchen extremely well equiped. We had a great stay and hope to return some time soon.

My wife and I took our two daughters and their partners away for Easter to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was ideal with 3 good size bedrooms, 2 bath rooms and the kitchen was stocked with enough items you would never run short even if the dishwasher was full. The location is just perfect, the views across the bay are great, sitting out on the balcony drinking coffee or wine, what more can you ask for. Once there you don't need a car, everything is in walking distance. The RNLI college is well worth a visit or tour, we also had afternoon tea there.

We stayed at the house during what has probably been the best weather of the year so far. Opening the curtains each morning to overlook Poole Harbour really lifted the spirits.

The house is well specified, with lots of bits of kit and utensils in the kitchen. There are 3 TV's, a DVD and VHS player with a small library of media and some books. Care has been taken in fitting the house out, for example there are plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. There are three bathrooms - one on each floor.

The fixtures and fittings in the lounge and bedroom are clean, tidy and in good working order, although from a style perspective a little old fashioned - the styling should not be a barrier to considering the property - just a matter of taste

From a practical point of view, there is a Tesco express about a 5 minute walk away on the Quay. There is parking for a small car in the garage (I like the way that a blanket has been put against the wall to prevent knocks on the door) and room for a larger car in front of that. You can walk to most places around Poole. We walked to the bus station and caught the bus to the beach at Sandbanks which if it is sunny is probably a 'must'.

We would stay here again.

Cannot fault the property, very clean, nice quality crockery , bedding and furnishings. Beautiful views across Poole harbour, easy walk into town centre.
Would have been nice to have a tumble dryer or washer dryer and also summer weight duvets on beds in June.
Would highly recommend this property.
