Had a wonderful stay at Carleton Village last weekend. The property was clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Travelling with a toddler can be stressful but with the help of Caitriona, who was our main point of contact, the entire stay was seamless. I can't speak highly enough of how welcoming and accommodating she was and would happily recommend Carleton Village to friends and family.
Due to a misunderstanding involving our booking, it turned out that our party only stayed at Carbury House 1 for one night. The property is absolutely charming, well-appointed, and beautifully situated with uninterrupted views overlooking the sheep's head peninsula. It is easily spacious enough for large family groups. Unfortunately, the property was not quite right for us. Eileen the property manager was extremely responsive to our needs and offered to move us to a nearby property (Ballyvonane House), which we accepted. This is a stunning property, fitted to a high spec, suitable for a part...more
We had a group of 16 people staying in 2 houses at Glor na Habhainn. We had booked one classic and one luxury house. We had a great weekend for Other Voices, and will definitely be back to Glor na Habhainn. The luxury house has a lot more space in the shared areas than the classic houses, furnished to a very high standard with all the kitchen supplies you need for a few days of self catering. You'll feel like royalty in this house. The master bedroom is palatial with a walk in wardrobe and all! It's a 7 minute walk in to town. Close by there is a Lidl and the Dingle brewery. And a little b...more
Kilcomine House was the perfect venue for our extended family to enjoy a week in West Cork. The house surpassed all our expectations; it was spacious, comfortable, superbly well equipped and had magnificent views. There were lovely walks from the house, basking seals on the rocks in the bay and a little beach within walking distance. Eileen, our caretaker could not have been more helpful and provided us with all we needed for 5 young children. We would recommend ordering an online shop to be delivered on arrival day, a visit to Bantry market and Bantry House, Barleycove Beach and Schull ...more
Great location.. nice bay....i loved the cottage it was like New, everything was squeaky clean....it was Perfect. A week wasn't long enough for us... :( ...will definitely go back there.my kids loved it...It felt like a very safe environment there was was easy to relax and enjoy our time there.I highly recommend this place for a Irish holiday... Just be willing to drive around each day for things to do but the cottages and location are super.
Went away with a group of ladies for an r & r weekend. We had a lovely time.. The house was clean warm and had everything we needed. We will book aha.
This place was perfect. It had 4 bedrooms, we were 4 people, so we had plenty of room. The place was clean. The views were spectacular!!! I can not say enough about how great this place was!!!
Great location, fantastic surroundings, beautifully restored buildings, the house was spotless, everything required provided. Playground out backgarden, brilliant for children. Would recommend this to anyone.
Beautiful house in a picturesque location. The house was furnished to a very high standard and all guests were highly impressed with the spacious rooms throughout. Small touches like wood & briquettes for the stove and homemade cakes, bread and tea bags on arrival made it a very homely and pleasant stay. We will definitely recommend this house and the hospitality of Marion & Gráinne to all our friends travelling to Dingle in the future. We hope to return another time to sample some of the sights we missed out on due to our short trip.
Brilliant place of stay if there was a bit more activity wise for kids you'd would make some mega money staff is lovely and really enjoyed our stay.ok
Had a lovely week here in gannet cottage which is in a great location right next to the beach very well equipped cottage with everything you need landlady very helpful and local people very friendly
from the moment of arrival to the checkout everything was perfect. Apartment was spotless and ready in every way. Could not have asked for better.
House was ten minutes walk from the main street, spotlessly clean and well presented. The owner was very accommodating and helpful, as were the relax Ireland staff.
This was our second stay at Maple House. Our previous visit was so good, we looked forward to a second experience. Esther, the caretaker, was wonderfully attentive and friendly. We were able to relax each evening and take our time in the morning-totally relaxing and stress free!
A beautiful house in a beautiful location. The perfect place to escape for a break. I will definitely try and go there again
This apartment has got a very handy location in Wexford town, and the host was very friendly. Definitely, highly recommended...
We were very impressed with Woodvilla Lodge. It was furnished to a high standard and very comfortable.
The holiday home was spotless, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were very helpful and the family entertainment on BBQ night was fabulous. The complex was very safe for children to play and access to the beach was great. We will definitely return!
The people in charge were friendly and most helpful.the bedroom arrangements were very suitable for the residents and staff who were accompanying me.
Great apartment with fabulous views, within walking distance of the town for shopping or going out for a night. Apartment is very well looked after and has everything you need in it, I will definitely be going back to stay again
Our family of eight had a wonderful time staying at St Gerard's. We were blessed with great weather & our hosts, Eddie and Elizabeth Cullen went out of their way, well beyond the call of duty, to ensure that our holiday was memorable and their kindness was much appreciated. The house was ideal for our family group, lots of room for everyone. The place was beautifully presented, yet unfussy and relaxed. The beach is only a short walk away, a shop and restaurants and other amenities are close by. The only thing that was missing for the boys was a space to play football. Nonetheless much of our ...more
This was the third time we rented Castleview although previously we were in Castleview I. The best thing about both houses is that they are very spacious both inside and out. Plenty of accommodation for two families (we were 4 adults and 5 kids) with great communal spaces and places to be on your own. The quality of fit out is really excellent and you won't need to bring anything. The caretaker Martin is excellent too, really helpful.
We had a good time in Ballysheen House in Wexford, we went with three families and total of 4 kids. Everything was just as it was described on the web. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach near by was cool. We had a good time. Thanks to Geraldine. Thank you
Could not ask for better. Service and house were excellent. If you want a relaxing break in Kenmare in the heart of Kerry this should be the only property that you consider
A nice quiet and secure location. There were rabbits everywhere, and a pub with a nice garden within 5 minutes walk. Also a fireplace where we could burn turf.
We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to others. We are keen to return to Mount Falcon.
It was a fantastic place to stay. Perfectly located a short 10-minute walk from the center of Dingle, and directly at the beginning of Slea Head Drive and the road to Mount Brandon. 10/10 stay. I would definitely visit again.
We had a great time at these holiday homes, lovely and clean and spacious. Plenty of kitchen ware and no extras for electricity which was great. The kids loved the tennis courts, playgrounds and astro pitch. We were lucky we had lovely weather the week we were there so made great use of them. We also had great time at the organised onsite bbq also and the disco which was great fun. The only thing I could say was the place needs somewhere indoors for the bad weather days for the kids to hang out.
location excellent and area quiet which we needed. walking distance to everything. Pleased that house was well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was helped by good weather!
I feel that advertising the houses as 4* accomodation is incorrect. There is only the basic in the house that we stayed in and on the online it says that there is toys for the kids to play with there was none of that available anywhere that we could see. I did enjoy my time it was a great base for exploring but i dont agree with the 4*rating that it has been given
The house was fantastic. Really well equipped, spotless and very comfortable. I would recommend this house. It was nice and safe area and well located. A short walk to the club house and a fabulous beach.
Very good accommadation , Michael the property owner met us as arranged and showed us around the house. We had no problems, very clean, well equipped and very cosy. We would definitely stay sgain.
Josie was a great host, friendly, caring, polite and professional. Amazing house with sea views and a beautiful location close to several beautiful beaches and the Hook Light House. We would highly recommend this property and cannot wait to return! Thank you. Maxine, David and family from Manchester.
I really enjoyed it. I loved the disco for the kids. It would have been brilliant if there were more activities for the kids and to have the playground as well for older kids. From 5 upwards but otherwise it was a great hoilday.
Ideal base for a family holiday, allowing you to explore both wexford and waterford. House is ideal for a family of 5 and is well kept and clean. Everything one could need is provided, though with the Irish summer's one may need a tumble dryer, but at least we had the option of the CH system and radiators to use instead. Thats something for the owners to decide upon, but we weren't stuck. Cant believe this place doesn't have many reviews as its well maintained. As a base, most places are within a striking drive of 20-45mins if that suits your daily activity.
We stayed at Hookless again from 26th august for a week, and again we cant find fault with them. The houses were clean and tidy and as comfortable as always. The kids nights were entertaining and fun. The playgrounds kept our 2 happy, and the location close to beaches and playgrounds and not forgetting the lighthouse for tours and arts and crafts. We had people down to stay for a few nights and they loved it too.. We would highly recommend Hookless to anyone..
Lovely house in nice quiet area of town. Walking distance to great supermarket and quaint pubs.Lovely friendly people.Very well equipped kitchen lovely big fridge and freezer. Comfy beds, large colour coordinated bedrooms. Spacious house would suit large family.
Our family recently spent a week in the lodges at Abbey Court hotel. We had No.10 which was in fact a 5 bed lodge. The rooms were nicely decorated and a good size. The kitchen was very well equipped and had loads of delph, only problem, the cups were so small I got my son in law to bring some mugs from Limerick. The back gardens are so safe for small children and have picnic tables and a clothes line. The stairs in No. 10 is very noisy which makes it hard to move around when babies are asleep. Unfortunately it rained a lot for our week but we had use of the swimming pool & gym in the hotel so ...more
We stayed here in Aug 2015 with 3 children ranging 4-8yo. Had stayed in similar property previous year so knew what to expect. The house is a little small but more than adequate for a holiday. The house had everything you would need including microwave, washing machine + drier, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The rooms were well laid out and linen and towels provided. The site had a childrens playground and exercise machines and across the road is a well stocked shop. The house is only a minute drive from strand with all the amenities. Can also avail of leisure facil...more
The accommodation of Honeysuckle Lodge is excellent! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated with the indoor swimming pool an added bonus for relaxation at the end of our busy day sightseeing local attractions. The lodge did not disappoint; in fact it exceeded expectations as the photos on the website do not do justice to the size of the rooms which are very spacious. Killinick is an excellent peaceful location for getting out and about the South East of Ireland with the added benefit of being only a short drive from the ferry port and a 15 minute drive from some very nice...more
very enjoyable stay at hookless holiday homes . a shop and a bar / cafe on site would be a great benefit . the courtesy bus h service to the local bar restaurant was really handy. look forward to visiting again soon.
I stayed here for a week with my family Husband, Daughter and Fiance and other Daughter her husband and son), Our cottage was a lovely place to stay but Most of the time we were in was spent in Ballysheen as it was more spacious (10 Adults 3 Teenagers and a 2 year old with a sitting room, dining room and kitchen to use there was no problem with feeling cramped). We took advantage of everything the house had to offer. socialising in the front garden, using the back garden for a bbq, lighting the fire in the dining room while having a drink playing cards and boardgames and having a game of te...more
Excellent w/e and couldn't have asked for a better venue. Clean, comfortable and convenient with great value for money!
We had a lovely week in this house just before Easter, it was very suitable for adults & children, the children really enjoyed the garden & we were able to walk to the beach. There is a lovely sun room to the back of the house, the owners were very attentive.
We were so blown away by our stay in Linden house . The house was so well equipped , spotless , comfortable and beautifully decorated with stunning flower arrangement . Thank you Caroline and Relax Ireland for being so helpful throughout the booking process and a huge thank you to Ester for being so helpful and lovely and making the stay even more special . Not only will we be back but I will be telling everyone about it . Many thanks Jessie wilkinson
The cottage is really well located, in front of the sea, we do appreciate! Majella is very kind and helpful, thank you so much. Sure, we'll come back later
Hook village is a great family holiday our kids loved every min of it we would definitely go back the only thing we had to travel a good bit for things to do during our stay
It was a family and friends holiday which included kids and a dog. We all had a great time, location is brilliant, amenities are fab,we are going back!
You never get a second chance for the first impression: Esther, the manager of the property, took very good care from the very beginning. We arrived in a 4 bedroom/4 baths spotless clean house (and we are picky with this), The bedding hotellike, equipped with everything you might wish for (if not Esther would have fixed it right away for sure!), new appliances, more than enough kitchenware, always enough hot water to shower (we were traveling with 3 teenagers!.......) TV in every room and good working Wi-Fi. Tiling very easy to keep clean. Big work space at the kitchen granite counter! Mode...more
This house is in a fantastic location only about a 10 minute walk from the pier and beach, so near enough but not right in the middle of the action. It has lovely front views westwards to the Burrow. It is on the main road so you will hear road traffic, particularly from the front bedrooms. Inside, the house is relatively basic, but has (nearly) all you might need for a holiday by the beach. Surprised there was no clothes horse for wet togs and towels. It doesn't have a garden, rather a rear decking, Also it has no road gates, which may prove an issue if you have young children - we ended up k...more
We've stayed here twice now it's very comfortable spacious house in great location. All modern amenities and plenty of space for children to play and adults unwind. Short walk to beach and town and local lady Aine very kind, helpful and responsive to texts. The Tvs are tricky to get working with limited channels and there is no wifi but this can be no harm in holidays
Could do with wardrobes in all bedrooms not just the double room Lack of shelves in bathrooms Very neat and tidy and freshly done up But all in all an excellent house
I found Caroline to be extremely helpful with booking and advice on car rental etc. Equally helpful was David and was always at hand to give guidance and help. Personally I would have preferred if accommodation was nearer to beach. Had to drive every where. But that is just a personal view. The following I think would help if provided 1. Umbrella for over table at outside of house. Was impossible to enjoy eating outside with sun beaming down 2. No sun loungers for pool 3. Cleaning charge of €60 - bit of joke when we had to strip beds, wash all dishes and leave all laundry in pile...more
The Cottage is placed in an excellent site, it's a lovely cottage and the owners are very, very kind. It's placed between Waterville and Sneem, two small villages with restaurants, pubs, supermarket. It has been a very good option.
The house was a little worn but quite comfortable. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The person who checked us in was AWESOME! She was really accommodating and quick to respond when we needed something. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
We were a party of 7 staying in a 4 bedroom villa. This is a great location for exploring Cork and the surrounding county. We were glad to not be in Cork city! The villas are well equipped. our experience was a bit coloured by a power outage that resulted in no water aka showers on one of the mornings we were there. We also had an issue with one of the toilets and needs to be I. The unit for it to be repaired so didn't bother as we were into sightseeing mode. We walked to the lounge at the hotel one night and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This resort is good value and a great location.
We really enjoyed our stay in the Carlton Village and the kids had a ball-the location is absolutely stunning and the walled garden with the pool was a huge attraction for the children and they loved the activities there.the staff at the pool are very attentive and friendly. We will be returning as we all loved it so much
My daughter and I stayed in Parkplace Apartments & absolutely loved it!! The rooms were big and clean and so, so nice!! The price was fantastic!! And the location ..... doesn't get any better!! You are right at the city center! You can walk everywhere you need to go. It's about a 20 minute cab ride from the Kerry airport. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The front desk even allowed us a late checkout because of our flight time (with no charges). I really couldn't say enough about this place. Don't look any further. This is where you want to stay!!
We stayed here for a week in Oct.house was perfect location for us right beside beach with views of the sea from sitting room. House was very clean except for few cobwebs around. Bathrooms old and tiles falling off wall. Over all lovely stay here with my family. Little bit expensive. Electricity and heat extra as well as cost on cots and towels
Wonderful comfort, amenities, quality and value. Excellent signage as well - very easy to find. We only had one night before having to travel home. We wish we could have stayed at Avon Ri longer.
Daffodil Cottage is one of a few completely renovated cottages formerly used as stalls. At the farm you find a lot of horses and dogs. The owners Kieran and Jane were very friendly and helpful. Usually we took our breakfast in the garden in front of our cottage, with a wide view over the horse paddocks and Wicklow Mountains. The Tinahely location is ideal for exploring Eastern Ireland. We spend a day at Wicklow Mountains and rested at the Powerscourt waterfall, Glendalough and the Upper Lake nearby. Another daytrip took us to New Ross (Dunbrody Famine Ship, Kennedy Homestead) at to the Hook...more
Great location, a stones throw from playground, pool and seal sanctuary and houses backed right onto forest walks. We had the two bedroom town hse, nice airy rooms in a well maintained estate. Everything provided. Very secure. Would highly recommend. We are a small family with one baby.
A great place for a family to stay. The lodges were very clean and tidy. The staff in reception and the bar/restaurant were excellent. The food in the hotel was out of this world. The location just on the outskirts of the town is ideal. The only thing that we could complain about was that the lights on the stairs in both lodges were poor and made the stairwells feel a bit uncomfortable for the older people in our group. Would we stay there again? YES without question. A most enjoyable break.
The Fota Island Resort is a very lovely and beautyfull location, where we enjoyed our stay. It is a family-friendly place, where you can forget your stressfull everyday life. Only a small disatvantage ist the fact that the kitchen is not well equipped, if you want to prepare proper meals.
We had a lovely week in Clifden Glen. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It had plenty of space for children to run around outside. We had a very memorable week and I would definitely recommend this location to other friends and family.
The house was beautiful very big we had 6 adults staying and we didn't feel like we where on top of each other. Very quiet when we where there. But lovely and relaxing. Short walk to the harbour lovely walk around aswell. Would definitely go back any time! Perfect.
We had a tremendous time the beach was stunning and the apartment suited our needs perfectly one thing I would say about the hotel is it did not open till 10 AM in the morning which I thought was strange maybe this was a one off also you could not buy a cooked breakfast at the resort so we had to drive for 10 minutes to find another hotel that did breakfast, I think somebody later on in the day said you could of got sausage rolls there in the morning but to be honest I wouldn't call that breakfast in general I have to say really enjoyed our stay there and will deafly be back . Always a pleasure to stay at old killarney cottage Killarney is my favorite place in ireland Hope i'll come back soon
Myself and my two teenage children had stayed at Dunkerron Woods before and enjoyed this visit as much as previous stays. The house was very comfortable and is in a lovely location being so close to Kenmare. I was able to bring my small dog and he loved his walks around the area and down to the sea for a swim. The staff were very helpful and I would certainly visit again.
The house was lovely, kitchen floor was dirty with bits of food from previous guest. Dbl bed only had single flat sheet laid on top & no matress cover.
The house itself inside was very clean and comfortable. One thing was there were not enough light bulbs for each room, for the ceiling lights and the bedside lamps. The outside of the house could do with some new paint. It looked as if it had not been painted in a while. Also the road leading into the complex was in very poor condition. It was full of pot holes and very tricky to drive on repeatedly. Overall, it was a great experience. The location was great, the house inside lovely and the customer service very good.
We enjoyed the house..lots of room..good location. The problems we had were solved immediately. The kitchen was well stocked Beds and bedrooms fine. We were four people and had lots of room. The ready access to Internet was great..thank you reception for being so helpful and patient.. Dungarvan was great.especially the Anchor Bar. The music at night was extremely good. Many thanks again from Ray and Anne WaLL
Good location clean well equipped comfortable apartment - minor quibbles - wardrobes both bedrooms doors not on tracks, toilet in bathroom flush erratic
Great house. However some of the blinds in the bedrooms were broken, toilet seat in ensuite was broken and microwave did not work. We were hardly there so not a massive issue but would be if we were staying longer.
The setting of this house is spectacular ~ looking out over Crough Patrick ~ with the ever changing skies and tides and the birdsong. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. Four comfortable beds with lovely linens. The library of 3000 books many of them on Ireland, literature, philosophy, and nature and on the West gave a great support to our learning. A nicely equipped modern kitchen beautifully designed. Our one recommendation ~ bring a sharp knife with you and a vegetable peeler.
- there was a good welcome, some food in the fridge and the 'caretaker' came back with two missing bulbs - and said to phone if we needed anything. I was surprised she didn't come back herself at the end - especially as she was the named caretaker! - and so there was no agreement on how we left the place - in theory, she could say we'd broken something and we couldn't prove we hadn't [ rather far fetched but nevertheless, a reality ] - Value for money - I don't know the comparable rates for the area. It was not good to have the electric as an extra - at a basic rate, regardless of what...more
Had a nice week in Killarney recently.House was comfortable and spacious. Great location on the Muckross road between the Gleneagle and Muckross .Staff were non-invasive and were there when needed. Was very busy during mid-term but the complex never felt crowded.
The facility was fabulous, the people gracious and helpful, and our visit very memorable. Jason 'the Birdman' and Jimmy our shooting instructor were both very knowledgeable and made our experience special. The breakfast staff were quick and courteous, the bar staff fun and pleasant, and the people at the front desk very helpful. Those in our party that did the spa treatments thoroughly enjoyed their experience. Thanks for everything, I hope to visit again.
Location was a little further out than the 7k to Tralee town centre stated on the website it was actually 12k, Beach was the same it was 1.4k instead of 650m stated, other than that location was good, Facilities were excellent especially if weather wasn't so good, pool was excellent, large outdoor playground that was suitable for both younger and older kids, Evening time entertainment was good esp for the younger kids, My kids spent a lot of time surfing in Banna Beach and also on the playground, definitely would return, Onsite is a small supermarket for the basics and a little...more
No shops.restaurants or pubs nearby...no phone coverage. .no WiFi ..only 2 channels working on TV. ...not great when u have 2 children with you...we had house paid for 1 week...we left wed morning...we arrived sat nite...
Would have loved if there was a playground or a bigger green area to play football for the kids. These houses are only a 5 - 10 min walk from Kinsale, only 5 min walk from Lidl. Nice quiet location, very suitable for families.
Our experience in Fota has been better than we expected. The staff has been really helpful We highly recommend
House was really comfortable spacious and well equipped. The playground and tennis courts in front of house were great facility for children. Highly recommend this property for your stay in rosslare
We are just back from a wonderful week in West Cork, the cottages are an ideal location and views were fabulous, right beside the beach, we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay, the cottages had all we needed, only thing I would change is location of fridge as I am not the tallest I had to stand on a chair to reach into fridge and freezer! Overall great stay!
Good location. The lodge is nice and clean but kids not happy after their day out because the tv is too small and old.
As a family of 18 adults and 4 children we rented 3 houses in Forest Park, booking 3 houses in total. Unfortunately when we got there we were told that there weren't 3 houses available beside each other - 2 together at the bottom of the hill and 1 on the top - which was not ideal as we usually congregate in 1 house for meals and in the evening time. The living area was also a bit small for our large group to congregate but the houses are after all only based on sleeping 7 so isn't something we can complain about. The houses themselves were clean and well equipped, there were a good number ...more
The view and houses were fine, the lights in one of the houses in the kitchen were not working and when reported the issue was dealt with promptly. I was told there was a shop and courtesy bus on the resort and there was neither and the shop was a good walk away and as I was with elderly parents it was not within walking distance. A separate entrance to each house would be useful as well as more parking space . The access to the beech was difficult and there were no steps or clear pathway for the children and adults. Usually in holiday homes there is an information folder on all ameniti...more
The cottage is confortable with lot of space, big rooms etc. The cleanliness of the kitchen was quite poor. The cottage was very calm It is close to the lake
Our house was clean and well kept. However it was probably just a little too far from beach. Also felt that the beds could have done with heavier duvets and a bed sheet
Holiday village in excellent location. Homes are spacious with good furniture, beds , couches etc., however our house (100 or101 can't remember) was missing quite few utensils in the kitcen. We did not complain as we shared cooking with my sister who rented house next door and as we didnt pay deposit when we arrived, if we had we would have made sure we had our full quota. My biggest complaint was with the showers, neither had enough water pressure to shower properly. These need to be repaired. !!!!! Another problem was smell of sewage as house located near percolation area. We did ...more
Overall we were very satisfied.we have no real complaints, rather suggestions. We didn't like the heating system, having to press a button every 2 hours is not satisfactory. Furniture in lounge room needs updating, seat comes right off one chair.Cooking utensils could be improved. As you are promoting the Pub adjacent as an asset, maybe it would be prudent to advise it does not do food. We were not advised of the procedure for leaving, for eg what to do with the key,and to establish if we met the good housekeeping standard. Tried to contact the key holder by telephone and Email, but with no re...more
Great place. Comfortable, warm home. I .will be returning. The owners always ready to rectify matters.
On arrival after 5pm the house wasn't ready. A rather stressed young lad was cleaning it & was very apologetic about the delay but explained that he was on his own doing the job. When we did get in the house wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Floors were still dirty with hair etc.. & crockery cutlery & glasses were dirty every time we took something out of the press. We ended up cleaning these ourselves. A door fell off one of the kitchen units from a height & thankfully nobody was standing under it. It had only recently been glued as it hadn't dried but it did explain the nail varnish ty...more
House number 11 was lovely though no garden furniture provided. House no 4 had numerous issues. Fridge not working properly, overhead light fixture hanging from wall in one bedroom and wheelie bin half full on arrival.
The property is located on a busy main road just outside the town, so there was a good deal of noise from constant traffic. It cost €940 to rent the property for one week, which was expensive. We had to pay a further €13.20 for the use of electricity and we were asked to pay a further €20 for Wi-Fi. A rip off to say the least! The property was comfortable and generally clean, (the floor under the beds hadn't been cleaned). It has lovely views across the bay and is a short walk into the town centre. However, the busy road, literally at the door step, is a serious issue for families with ...more

Booked a 4 night stay at the self catering accommodation at Faithlegg Mews. The apartment was fine for what we required and was spotlessly clean. The apartment itself could be doing with a bit of an upgrade, it was looking a bit tired and could also be made be a little more comfortable (New settee, decent TV etc). The apartment was a bit dark as we were in a corner plot but it was quiet and peaceful and good value for money. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the hotel prices were very reasonable. If you like golf this is the place to book. We attended a wedding at the hotel and co...more
Due to unforeseen circumstances my party was unable to stay at Hillcrest. All dealings with your staff beforehand were second to none. Had I the opportunity to avail of your services again in the future, I would not hesitate.
House in poor condition. Needs paint. Leak stain in ceiling for months by disclosure of rep. All curtains pulled out of walls. Bed, wardrobes broken and damaged. If we could have gone anywhere else we would have. Very slow to recommend this property ever.
