Second visit to 14 Cloisters Walk and won't be the last. You couldn't find a better host than Dawn. Her attention to detail makes you very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Perfect accommodation, and location and we had good weather as well.

I'm struggling with this review, conflicted between wanting to be self-serving and wanting to be honest. This apartment is very popular and we are finding it hard to schedule time in it when we come to York. So everybody else - don't rent this apartment! Stay away! We want it instead! Now for the honesty - this is a very well appointed, extremely well located apartment which is close to the rail station. We come to York two separate weeks a year, and we always try to rent this apartment as our first choice - A++
I have to say that if this flat belonged to me, I would not want to rent it to anyone else, because the flat is so great. when I first saw the flat, the sound from my heart was "WOW" and thought that the landlord must be very generous! I enjoyed my holiday in York not only the beautiful city but also the comfortable flat. It has everything a person need for holiday home. This is a lovely little cottage, so comfortable and cozy, it felt like a real home from home. The friendly and helpful owners really have tried to think of everything you might need and leave a very generous welcome hamper. Everything is immaculately clean and bedding , towels etc are all of very high quality. Am looking forward to a return visit.
This is a lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped and ideally located near the sights of York but away from the hustle and bustle. We would not hesitate to return.
The property is in a great location - quiet but very central. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended
Three minute walk away from the Minster. Good Indian restaurant next door. Parking outside the back door. Bats outside the window at twilight. Would go back.
We had a fantastic three night stay with friends at the end of September beginning of October at 611 Westgate. The apartment is immaculate, comfortable and very tastefully decorated with nice surroundings. It is extremely well kitted out with everything you need for a home from home feel. We loved the balcony for hearing the bells of York Minster and watching the world go by. All in all an extremely relaxing time and having stayed in York many times before this is so central to walk to and from the town without being in it.
It was very good location and comfortable place to stay . The only one thing to improve is the shower in the main room. Tiny and the other bathroom is better.
Fantastic location.Nice little garden to eat out in.Good sized rooms.Everything you needed.Plenty of space for 5 adults.We had a lovely time.

great property, in a good quiet location, short walk to the start of the city center, good local bus service to the train station and other attractions, the property is spotless and well presented.
House is very comfy, very well equipped and in a convenient location about 20 minutes walk into the centre. Around the corner are excellent local shops and cafes. I wouldn't hesitate to book the property again.
4 Crambeck Court is wonderful, even the second time around! The location is great, being met by Ellen works well, the kitchen is well appointed, it’s clean, light and the neighbors we have met are friendly and helpful. We look forward to a return visit.

Excellent location for York and for us the easy access to the racecourse and access to the City wall were a bonus. The Bishy road availability is also a big plus for shopping etc . The balcony was a lovely feature especially in the evening. Negative points were the lack of a pint of milk on arrival, the oven not working on the first evening (though the agents fixed this the following day), the dining table seemed to us a bit like Caravaning in the 1960s,
This was a wonderful find. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is in a perfect location for exploring York and the surrounding area. You are only a couple of minutes walk from Lendal bridge and the train station and 5 minutes from the centre of York. The apartment is well laid out and is fully equipped for your stay with utensils and appliances. There is a local caretaker as well for any problems. I would definitely recommend this property.
Excellent home to base your visit to York, it’s history, shops and pubs plus York Race course and events like York Pride. Even when the weather is very British there was lots to do. After walking our legs off 19 Curzon Street was just what was needed to come home to. The ability to park the car walk into town or catch the bus at the end of the road was great, saving time and money looking for the elusive parking space.
