L'appartement Mont Blanc 212 est un appartement élégant d'une chambre dans le centre de Chamonix, ce qui en fait la location de vacances idéale pour un couple, avec toutes les commoditées au pied de la résidence. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour 2 personnes, avec un lave-vaisselle, four, micro-onde ainsi qu'une table de cuisine et 4 chaises. La salle de séjour dispose également d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD, ainsi que d'un accès Wifi. L'appartement Mont Blanc 212 bénéficie d'un accès au parking extérieur de la résidence, d'un casier à ski et d'un espace de rangement pour les vélos en été. Du dernier étage de ce bâtiment historique de Chamonix vous profiterez de la vue sur les montagnes jusqu'en haut de la vallée.

The locations was superb - right in the centre of Chamonix and yet quiet enough surroundings. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and the trains station, etc. We have stayed in Chamonix many times over the years and this has been one of the most central.
The flat is rather tiny but good enough for 2 adults and a little dog basically to spend most of the time outdoors. Despite the size it was well equipped, even with good enough room to store our clothings.
Upon our arrival it had been spotless, the bed was well made and prepared.
Communications with the agency had been excellent from the moment of booking throughout the stay. Also when we had discovered that the shower drain was not functioning well and asked for help, they swiftly provided the solution.
Someone mentioned on a review that they had found the lack of curtains a bit of uncomfortable but we found that the windows were equipped with foldable shutters and with those we had no early-morning lights problem.

Some "discomfort" we found were:
1. The shower stall being rather too small - I am very tiny but it still felt quite cramped
2. We did not find any instructions on how to work the Smart TV and it took me (I'm kind of high-tech for a layman) a while to figure that out. Perhaps mostly because the remote for the digibox was not well responsive.
3. In the bedroom there was only 1 electric plug by the door, at the foot end of the bed, so we needed an extension cord to charge our phones and gadgets.
4. No freezer - we were staying during one of the hottest week in this summer and it might have been nice to have a freezer.
5. Noisy neighbours: we don't know whether they happened to be there at the same time with us or permanent residents. They were apparently techno music and party loving people, however, after one mention late at night at the beginning of our stay of our intention to get to sleep they were cautious enough to turn off music before midnight even on the weekend.

All in all it has been a very pleasant stay and we would love to come back again as well as highly recommend to anyone considering this property

Perfect place to stay for a couple in the center of chamonix, everything you need a walking distance, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.
We spend a week with our dog and we love the place, 100% recommended.

Convenient location. However, curtain was not provided which made sleeping not comfortable in early morning. Furniture is a bit old. Will be better if washing machine could be provided.

Thank you for your review and for staying with us, we are pleased to say that the apartment is due to get a refurbishment this autumn so we will look into these things but thank you for bringing them to our attention- we will also look into if the apartment has room for a washing machine- We do hope to see you again another time- Chamonix All Year The apartment does have a shutter that can be used instead of a curtain to block out the light but its also very nice to lay in the bed and see the beautiful mountains.

Like this little flat.There is little you can say about it that stands out and the layout is strange, but it is perfectly placed in Chamonix for the ski buses and the bars and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is comfortable and the bedding of good quality. We liked it and will be back.

AS always, a very comfortable stay with CAY. Well equipped, warm, enough space for the two of us. The apartment is 2 mins walk from supermarkets, bars, restaurants with a very handy car park.

The apartment is located in the heart of Chamonix, within a historic 'Art Déco' building.
The apartment itself was warm, comfortable and well equipped, with a pleasing view up the Chamonix valley.
I personally would recommend this apartment and would happily return.

Appartement très bien situé (centre de Chamonix à proximité du musée Alpin et à 3 minutes de la Gare). Appartement confortable et spacieux. Tout l'équipement electro-ménager possible est présent dans cet appartement (four, lave vaisselle ... etc).
