This wonderful three bedroom house is walking distance to the beach and the shops. Offering lots of living space with a double reception room on the ground floor with an open fireplace. Downstairs is a fabulous kitchen and another sitting room with another fireplace. There are two bathrooms, and two good size double bedrooms with a bunk bed room on the same floor. The house sleeps six comfortably and there is a sofa bed to provide more accommodation for up to eight people. This is a perfect holiday home for families, couples or groups of friends. It has been lovingly restored by the owners to provide comfortable accommodation. Dogs are very welcome to come and stay too.

Loved our stay but the house was a little damp and needed a bit of tlc doors sticking missing grout in the bathroom and the window in our room wouldn’t stay open soon fixed we put a chair so it couldn’t close

We have stayed at 25 Water Street twice now, and have been really happy both times. It offers a large amount of living space for a 3 bed property, which really suits us. During fine weather, the garden can be used as another space to eat and relax. The location is great too - within very easy reach of the beach and shops.

We stayed at Water Street for a short break with my daughter and daughter in law. The property was perfect for us with loads of space to relax but not be on top of each other. The bedrooms were spacious and most importantly the beds were comfortable.
The property has a small garden which is lovely and on our trip it was home to baby seagull who entertained us and won our hearts.

We have been coming to Deal for 13 years now and stayed at a number of cottages. However, 25 Water Street has so far been the best we've stayed at. We usually travel with our children and grandchildren, so a spacious accommodation is a number one priority. And 25 Water Street certainly is spacious. We can have our meals together, the little ones have plenty of room to play and the older ones always have a retreat in one of the two lovely sitting rooms upstairs. And weather permitting (and it always is) that little garden is always a nice place to sit and enjoy a cream tea in the afternoon sun. Not to forget that all you need for a seaside vacation is close by: shops (all those lovely charity shops), pubs (King's Head being our favourite), walks (to Sandwich, the Zetland Arms or on the cliffs), and not to forget the beach (if you prefer it sandy, Botany Bay is the spot). All this is perfectly provided by Keeper's Cottages (such friendly and helpful staff) and the owner, who almost always allows an early check-in, which is very helpful when having travelled all night with little kids. Thank you so much to all of you. And, it doesn't really need mentioning, we are, of course, already lookign forward to our next visit. See you soon.

The property was in a great location, very central to the shops and bars in Deal but a quiet street and with free parking a short distance away. It was good to have the flexibilty on arrival dates so we could arrive and leave on a Sunday. Keepers Cottages were very helpful when I rang to get advice on parking. Happy to recommend this property for it's comfort and character.

We had the pleasure of staying at 25 Water Street for six weeks with two adults and three kids. The house was lovely. At arrival the house was spotlessly clean and the owners were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and only a short walk away from the high street shops and the station. It offers enough room for six people and could accomodate even two more on a bed sofa. The house is very well equipped and we did not miss anything. We really felt at home there and would love to come back one day.

This was a great place to stay, great location, within walking distance to everything. Anytime I emailed they got right back with me. Had everything we needed and the milk, wine and biscuits they left for us were amazing. It got warm a few days and the bedrooms were hot at night even with windows open. I would recommend a couple of fans at least for bedrooms.
