The ground floor has a large, inviting sitting room with a wood burner and a kitchen/dining area with doors out to a lovely sunny courtyard garden, perfect for fish and chips after a day at the beach! Upstairs are three beautiful bedrooms, one with an en-suite and a family bathroom. The house is perfectly positioned between Deal High Street with its artisan food shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, and is also a hop, skip and a jump from the lovely long seafront promenade and pier. For guests who enjoy country walks and historic sites, there’s plenty of choice nearby, including both Deal and Walmer castles, and a lovely coastal walk to Kingsdown and St Margaret’s Bay. Golfers are spoilt for choice with the local clubs of Royal Cinque Ports and Walmer & Kingsdown golf clubs. Whilst the championship courses of Royal St George’s, and Princes are a short drive away.
