Really nice house in a quieter part of the complex. We visited during a very hot spell but luckily there was a small outside space with trees so that and the house had shade for most of the time. House very well equipped. There was Wi-Fi provided but was very poor between 1 and 3 mbps not sure what speed was paid for but would have thought it would be more than that, we managed luckily. There is plenty to do if you have young children.
The whole complex for me felt very crowded with houses all very close together, quite narrow roads around the place but that I suppose made it safer as you had to drive very slowly!
The house we were using had thankfully 2 parking spaces outside the house which I think is quite unusual, 1 space is guaranteed for each house but not always outside due to the set up of the estate.

Every member of the family loved it . From the youngest who enjoyed the play parks and Bumble van to the rest of the family who spent all day doing various water sports on the lake , bike rides round the lake ,swimming in the pools or fishing , it was a brilliant holiday .

Had a lovely stay in this cottage in the Cotswold Water Park. The surroundings are beautiful and the cottage is a really lovely, welcoming place to stay. We had a lovely family Christmas there
