Really lovely cottage, clearly newly decorated and upgraded. There was a fabulous welcome hamper when we arrived. The kitchen was really well equipped with cloths, tea towels and cleaning products. Whenever we bumped into staff they were polite and helpful. We would definitely return.
My partner and I stayed for two nights, wished it had been longer! The accommodation was lovely, bright and modern interior. The welcome pack was a fab addition too! The Swimming pool and hot tub area are great, I can imagine it gets very busy at peak times though. Location wise, it's a great spot, about a ten minute drive to Falmouth and 20 mins to Perranporth and Newquay. We will definitely be back and next time it will be for a longer stay, Thank you Tresooth team, especially Nicky!!
Stayed at Trelawney for our dear friend Sammy’s hen party. The cottage was perfect for what we needed - perfect location, great communal areas, comfortable beds, hot tub heated ready for our arrival. Amazing. The perfect send off for our bride to be.
A really lovely cottage in a tranquil setting. High standard throughout and spotlessly clean. Stayed out of season so can’t comment on pool but am sure being able to swim/sunbathe while staying at Tresooth would cement Kerensa as a top notch holiday location! Staff were all lovely. Jazz super helpful and always on hand. The maintenance men, who help keep Tresooth so well, were always friendly and hard at work. They are a credit to your workforce. No hesitation in recommending Kerensa Cottage.
We had a lovely stay at the manacles. The cottage was clean,spacious and very comfortable it was in a lovely quiet position. The staff were fantastic and very attentive. We had a wheelchair user staying with us and even though the property wasn't described as a disabled property we had no problems with access or using the facilities within the property The local town has a great little shop with excellent scotch eggs and its just ten minutes from a major supermarket if needed. Just had a wonderful stay in Mawnan at Tresooth Cottages for our anniversary. Tresooth really is a hidden gem with fantastic facilities that we took full advantage of during our stay and so dog friendly. The management team are so friendly and helpful. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning soon.
We have stayed in another cottage on site a few months ago and were very happy then. The cottage this time was not quite as comfy, the beds/pillows could go with upgrading. There was work going on in the cottage next door whilst there which we felt should be done when out of season. We did mention to the staff and they tried hard not to disturb too early or work too late into the evening. All in all a nice stay, and we will be back.
The cottage was in a good location for visiting Falmouth and other surrounding towns. Very clean, well presented and we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and they even shared their local knowledge which was great. Good facilities including the hot tub and sauna which we made use of and two designated dog walking areas. Our only gripe was that the twin beds pushed together could have done with a new mattress as was uncomfortable but we had no other issues and it was great value for money. Would definitely come here again.

Beautifully furnished cottage with everything one needs for a break. Very friendly and helpful staff. The jacuzzi and sauna were very welcome after walking around the sights of Falmouth. Lovely to hear the owls hooting at night! All in all we had a perfect break in this hidden gem.
We love it here and have returned countless times over many years. It is extremely comfortable, relaxing and peaceful, and the recent refurbishment has enhanced the experience. The location close to garden, beaches, SW Coast Path, country pubs, and Falmouth is perfect too.
Lovely property with added bonus of a private hot tub. Would recommend highly. Great base to explore the Helford and nearby Falmouth
We chose a very wet and windy few days to stay in Cornwall which restricted our movements somewhat. Having said that Penpoll was warm and welcoming. The facilities were excellent with few irritations. However the irritations were significant. Storage could have been better. The blinds on the roof vents were difficult to manage even with the pole supplied. The guide in the cottage said that there were instructions to the appliances in a drawer in the kitchen but none were to be found. The accommodation was perfect. Clean, comfortable and had everything you needed for self catering. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the outside seating area. We visited with extended family and the facilities were excellent. The sun shone every day! We will def be back.
2nd visit to Tresooth. Lots of upgrading since our last visit. Excellent location and customer service. Will return again
