Well where do I start and stop! Lottie and family have done a tremendous job to make these accommodations more than 5* Luxury. We rented out all 3 for our extended family get away. Everything is provided to the highest spec and if you need anything Lottie is always at hand, a welcome pack with all essentials including a bottle of bubbly and a leaving gift too! We used the outside courtyard seating area for our meals and the handy games cupboard provided us with entertainment. It was a lovely base to spend quality time together as well as explore Holy and Cromer. Do not hesitate to come and stay here. We can’t wait to return - thank you to Lottie and the Parish family.

It's just delightful. I loved the accommodation. Spacious and stylish. The grounds around the farm are full of wildlife. The hosts are naturals at making you feel at home.

We had a fantastic holiday and booked all three cottages for a week, so that our extended family of three generations could all stay together.
It worked brilliantly, in that we could be all be together under the outside, heated, covered area for meals. Then each family had their own cottage, so that we fully complied with the the COVID rules.
The cottages are all excellent, with quality fittings, and well deserve their 5 star gold rating. The attention to detail is outstanding and Lottie could not have been a more helpful host.
It was wonderful to stay on a working farm, which is in a great location for visiting all the main attractions. Plus we really enjoyed the walks on the farm which are marked on maps in each cottage.
