Lovely holiday had in Ayia Napa with comfortable, clean and spacious accommodation. Good location but car is recommended. Close to Nissi beach as well as to the strip where there are so many restaurants to choose from. About a 35 minute drive from Larnaca airport with car hire easy to find within. Good communication from Ernesta with prompt replies. Smart Tv with most channels. Very lovely stay.

Booked this trip to propose to my partner(I ended up doing it on Nissi Beach).

The location of the villa was perfect in a small gated area with only similar villas as neighbours. It takes around 15min to walk down to the main square and only a couple mins by taxi. We recommend bolt as its slighty cheaper than the local cab service.

The villa looked just like it did in the pictures everything was clean and the decor was sleek and minimal. The villa had everything we needed. As we travelled towards the beginning of the Easter break, during the night the villa would get fairly cold. We requested a heater which got brought the following day.

The only issue we had was we wanted to heat the pool for a day but got told the portable heater wasn't available. This meant we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we wanted because the water was freezing. Also it would have been nice to be informed in advance when the midweek clean was occurring to make sure we wouldn't be around.

This villa really did feel like good value for money and we would definitely recommend it especially during the summer months I can imagine the pool will be more appreciated when it's a lot hotter.

Upon the difficult times we run, safety from Covid virus is a must for us. We strongly recommend it even for families with small children ( 3 in our case) as it combines everything a family needs in a safe, quiet, clean and private environment. Book and enjoy!

Amazing house, beautiful and very very clean. The facilities are great, a bit week wireless signal but that's not a big problem. Definitely a place to book again for my next holidays
