  • As you walk in you will find a spacious, airy and light living area which opens to pergola covered patio behind the house - ideal for morning coffee.
  • The guest toilet is on this level. Upstairs are family bathroom and three good size bedrooms of which two share balcony with sea view, and a third one with double bed has its own balcony.
  • Fully equipped and well positioned, this villa is the perfect place to enjoy every minute of your holiday.​
  • Protaras centre is 4 kilometres away, and Ayia Napa is only a few minutes drive.

The property is excellent. Clean. Located in silent area. Equipped with all what is necessary. The only what could be added is more coffee pads (2 pcs were provided but it it not easy to buy more pads of the same system in the direct proximity).

Arrived on a Wednesday. House was very clean and well organised. Offers everything a family needs on a day to day. The beds /mattresses are superb and the house is very well maintained. Plenty of seating and shade and nice walk around garden area. Would revisit in a heartbeat.

Konnos villas complex is located in a nice lonly spot of seacoast between Agia Napa and Protaros. It is good to stay during off-season because villas is a bit too close to each others and disturbance level is high if all villas are ocupied. We were lucky enough to have almost no neibours. There is no organized beach nearby but just perfect wild sea coast without any sub-beds or ubbrellas 5-7 minutes from the villa. Closest organised beach is 5 min drive and a lot of others 10-20 min drive. Nice tavern is around the corner and a local shop is 5 min walk from the villa. Lidl is 8 min drive as well as Protaros with all beaches, restaurants and night life. Agia napa is 20 min drive. Same distance as Water park and Attraction park for children. Car is not mandatory because taxi and buses arte avilable and not too expensive (taxi is 8-10 euro to Protaros for example). Sunbeds and umbrellas are 2?5 euro per day each. Villa is nicely equiped with internet (sligtly unstable), cable TV. Territory is small, pool is small, grass is artificial. Staff is friendly, responsive and reacted fast to our requests. Lot of lovly local cats around coming for food if you like this type of entertaiment. Good value for money during late or early season.

Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο, οι εγκαταστάσεις πάρα πολυ καλές. Η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται είναι κεντρική. Αψογη εξυπηρέτηση και επαγγελματισμός απο την ομάδα του Villas2let.
