This is a super place to stay. The house is exceptionally nice. Decorated to a high standard, and very spacious and comfortable. The garden is lovely with a good sized lawn. It also has outdoor table and chairs. It overlooks a field with sheep, and is very peaceful. Great location in the countryside with lots of interesting places nearby, including a park with animals, birds etc. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 nights on a very wet week in February - the cottage is a great size for a family of 4, plenty of living/dining space and amazing views out to the countryside.
Would love to return in the summer and enjoy the beautiful outdoor space too.

We spent three nights at the cottage and it was beautiful. The views out of the lounge window of fields and sheep are wonderful and the cottage was very well equipped. Would not hesitate to book again.

We spent a very comfortable few days here and found the cottage warm, immaculately clean and spacious. It has lovely views over open fields and although the cottage is situated next to the road we were not disturbed at all by traffic. It’s a short walk (no footpath) into Hook Norton, which is a lovely village with a fantastic butcher and a great village shop that stocks a wide range of groceries.

We enjoyed a very pleasant and comfortable weekend break in late autumn. The only negative point was that it was not really practical to walk to the village in the winter months, as there is no footpath (or street-lighting) for the first part of the journey, and it would be unsafe to walk this outwith daylight hours. None the less we would happily make a return visit.

We took part of our family vacation here and travelled from the US. The house was beautiful and it’s all newly remodeled on the inside. The location is peaceful. It’s in a beautiful place but you will likely need a car to get around (that goes for most of the Cotswolds).

We found the Waitrose grocery store in Banbury to be nice; It’s about 15 minutes away from this vacation rental. Chipping Norton is also close and has a really nice Caffe Nero coffee shop. If you are looking to unwind, this is a good option and a great value for your money.

Cosy, comfortable family house with a garden and beautiful views. The welcome is warm. The house is situated in a quiet, rural location on the edge of a village with nice pubs, a supermarket and a brewery.

We really enjoyed our stay at 2 manor farm. It's a very well-equipped, light cottage, with comfy beds and everything we wanted. Modern kitchen and brand new bbq was a bonus! Can easily walk to Hook Norton where there are nice pubs and walks.

We had a lovely stay in this nice spacious property. It is well equipped throughout and also has a lovely big comfortable bed, so many other places the beds are so uncomfortable! There are also lovely views of the countryside.
Our only niggles were that it could have been a little cleaner as there were lots of cobwebs around the property in easy to reach places and we also found the WiFi to be very poor, constantly dropping out and reconnecting. The WiFi also seemed to be shared with other properties so was not private!

We are sorry to hear that you found the bed to be uncomfortable, previous guests have commented on how comfortable the beds are so we will continue to monitor the feedback received. Spiders webs can quickly appear but we will pass your feedback on to the property manager to make them aware. Wi-Fi can unfortunately suffer from poor signal in rural areas in the Cotswolds. We do hope that you will be back to stay again soon!

What a beautiful cottage. So tastefully decorated. So well equipped! Lovely little touches like tgd milk and cake. Lots if very useful bits in the kitchen such as councilman. Very thoughtful . Such a fab central position for seeing the Cotswolds. Beautiful garden for outdoor use. Love, love, loved it!!!!!

Wonderfully clean and comfortable house. Well equipped with everything we needed but . . . Why just 5 mugs and no cups when we were given sets of 12 for all glassware and ample amounts of crockery for a 4 person house. OK, having to do a bit of washing up isn’t that big a deal but this did baffle us.

This is an immaculately clean, beautiful and spacious property. We spent a week and the location worked well to get to all of the main places to visit. The finish of the property is to a very high standard, clearly done with a lot of care and not your typical rental. Downstairs is huge, with lovely views. It is easily big enough for 4 adults and a cot upstairs. But downstairs is big enough to have an person dinner party or more day visitors. It was very quiet, a great shower/bath and comfy beds. The kitchen was really well equipped, plus the house was lovely and warm, with excellent WiFi. We were 2 adults and a toddler and it worked well. The highchair was the useful ikea one and the cot was good, although we added blankets, as with all travel cots, to make them softer. We will definitely be visiting again.

This cottage has been beautifully set up with everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay, we really appreciated the use of travel cot and high chair as we travelled with our 8 month old for a weekend away. Modern and spacious, we were cosy here and loved the views out of the huge lounge window across the countryside. Although we didn't end up using it, the extra night for free from StayCotswolds was actually so helpful as we left in the evening and didn't need to rush and pack everything for an early check out time, and made it an easy choice over booking with other accomodation websites. We would definitely come back and stay here again, it was so relaxing and wonderful to have so much space. Thanks so much!
