Specially designed for Tapnell Farm guests, our unique modulogs are perfectly proportioned for groups of up to six. Each fully insulated modulog has two double bedrooms, a shower room and an open plan kitchen-diner and lounge with a sofa bed. The living space is designed for relaxation and features a log burner, plenty of board games and homely soft furnishings. Each modulog has its a private decking area, outdoor seating, BBQ and plenty of logs and fuel. There's also an outdoor wood-burning tub - just fill with hot water, sit back and enjoy the view!

Me & my partner surprised my mum for new year 3 day stay in moduloge for her retirement we had such a lovley time very clean and very comfortable all staff we came across were very friendly we will defo be back Thank you x

We absolutely loved our stay in the Mlog 3. Everything was thought through. Would return and recommend to others without any hesitation. The accommodation was fantastic with great views (although reducing the height of the tree in front of the log would be even better) across to Tennyson Down and beyond. Accommodation was really well provided in terms of kitchen amenities etc. nothing was lacking. We ordered 2 hampers which mistakenly were put in ecolodge 2, which was what I originally booked. Not a problem really and I believe it was dealt with by Chloe?? Who was first class, so customer service was excellent and friendly. In summary; we loved our stay at Toms Ecolodge!!

Very good condition accommodation, well kept and cleaned. Very warm and prompt customer service. Good location on the western side for access to Tapnell Farm itself, two nearby beaches (10 mins), couple of nice restaurants, and other local attractions. In good weather it is great to open the doors onto the decking. In bad weather you would be cooped up inside and it is small. If you would spend most of your time away from the accommodation, you might wish to consider if it is really worth the expense relative to other options. It is a small accommodation relative to the larger Safari Tent that is same price so do mull that choice over. Quite a walking trek from the car park so if you have plenty of luggage you are going to be lugging it a fair distance and cross country too. For nearly £400 a night no breakfast you are not getting bell boy help with luggage on arrival and departure so those who are less strong you may want to consider this point. What would have been a great view is obscured by high hedgerow unfortunately. Be prepared to bump your head using the toilet as the door is right up against the bowl. Next time we would go back to the Safari Tent. Tapnell suits us with young children because it provides the option of the farm on the doorstep, you pay once only for the week, and it has indoor activity options should weather not be good.

We wanted to arrive a little earlier than the advertised check in. They texted to let us know when it was ready. The modulog was clean and well prepped. Logs ready for bbq and hot tub. Lovely surroundings and lots of activities in the farm. We had a great time.

I booked this last minute to go with my family, including a 7 year-old and a one-year-old. I have to say the location of it was 2nd to none for those with children. The repeated free entry back into the farm after the first initial payment was a bonus and came in very handy with so much to keep the kids entertained. The accommodation itself is very clean. Although maybe a tiny bit too small for two young kids as well and all the baggage that they come with. Maybe a safari tent would’ve been a better option. Not much storage in the kitchen to store any of the food items. The idea of the hot tub was great. However, I hadn't quite clocked that it was just that a hot- tub, no jets or lights - essentially just a bath outside so we didn’t make much use of it. The shower was fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable. We did go to the cow restaurant a couple of times- again very nice handy location, a few minutes walk away and the food was very tasty. We were lucky to have such excellent weather at the weekend that we stayed so we made full use of the outside area. Overall, it was a lovely stay however for the price and what you got for it it was a great one off experience.

Fantastic stay at modulog with the family ! 2 adults and 2 children - we stayed 2 nights and wish we had booked longer there was so much to do. Will definitely return it was really memorable. Absolutely loved it

Fantastic stay at Tapnells. Great location with great accommodation. all facilities clean and in excellent working order and condition. everything has been thought of!! Kids love the farm park which offers so much more for them to do than expected. Hot tub warm fills so need to wait hours for it to warm up - wood fire to maintain heat. Fantastic panoramic views. Only regret is we didn't have more time there!! Chloe and the team did a fantastic job on make it simple to arrange and very welcoming.

EVERYTHING was perfect - the attention to detail was impeccable - from the initial contact for booking to the very very end was a pleasure. The modular was very comfortable and cosy - the weather was vile but we didn’t notice thanks to the comfort of the modulug.

What an absolutely fabulous stay! The modulog itself was a display of genius design and had everything that we needed for a comfortable couple of days. Gorgeous setting and the kids enjoyed the park, as always.
Word of advice though - if you have long legs, the toilet room is a bit tight (I just left the door open a bit).

Tapnell Farm really have thought of everything! The whole farm is immaculate and everything you could want or need is on your doorstep. Our modulog was the perfect setting for a weekend away for 4 adults. I didn’t think I was a fan of hot tubs but the wood fired one outside our cabin has fully changed my mind on that! I’m sure that weekends on the Isle of Wight are amazing but this was just what we needed for a weekend away in November. 5 stars

Had the best time ever. Lovely space, suitable for a family with young children but the single beds would be very small for adults or older children. Really enjoyed the hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site restaurant is great. The kids went to the farm every day and we still didn't do everything that we could have. The best family holiday we've been on.

The construction of these modulogs is exceptional . You have everything you need and it Is all of a very high standard.
We ordered the bbq hamper which was exceptional - we thoroughly recommend it.
We could not fault the lay out, service and facilities and would recommend this to anyone.

We booked to stay at the farm for our “mini-moon”. The whole place is so lovely. We had our 1 year old with us and he had a great time. All the staff were super friendly, the animals were adorable and there was plenty to do.
We would recommend staying here to all our friends and family

Tapnell Farm is truly magical. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. The accommodation is wonderful, cosy, clean, great beds and living space. We would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone.
The team are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much for them. We received a lovely treat for my son’s birthday. The place lifted my soul and I felt ready to be back to reality!

I booked one of the modulogs for my husbands birthday weekend. Great communication through booking and prior to arrival. There was a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk (plus a balloon :-) plus information brochures about the modulog and local area and attractions.
The Modulog was clean and has everything you need for a weekend away.
Our departing ferry from the Isle of Wight was cancelled and moved to one a lot later in the day. They were super flexible and allowed us a late check out.
Would 100% recomend stay at Tapnell and cant wait to go back!

We wanted something a bit quirky and special for my husbands 60th birthday and this ticked all the boxes. The space isn’t huge but the Modulog was well equipped, beautifully finished, well equipped and peaceful. We used the log burning hot tub every day and the location of the farm was great for walks and short drives to local sights and amenities.

this is perfect wooden lodge for family kids and inside was very warm and perfect for winter. all facility was in new and fully functioning. only two minor point one is microwave which was not there and second is about Jacuzzi which was out of order.

Really relaxing stay, this is one of many times we have stayed here, first time staying in a Modulog, not 100% convinced its worth the amount to stay as there were a few problems. These included a leaking tap which we had to fix ourselves, the U-bend hadn't been screwed together, this then broke the doors under the sink.
The door to the boiler outside was also broken and kept banging during the night in windy conditions, eventually my husband went to fix it at 06:30. I did inform reception the next day but didn't want to call anyone out in the night as this would have meant further disruption.
Really like the addition of the new hot tubs as they do not have Chlorine (much better for your skin and the environment) and no jets/noise etc so able to enjoy the sky and silence.
Really loved Tapnell farm, (free tickets as part of a deal was great!), lots of fun and would definitely visit the farm again, really great for kids and adults alike.
A little confused as to why other Modulogs have an ipad with service but ours didn't, would have been nice to have been given the option.
