A wonderful apartment overlooking the Clyde. Everything we could ask for. Outside terrace was a bonus. Fantastic value for money. We shall definitely stay here again. Pillow staff all very friendly & helpful. Owner had left some lovely touches and equipped the apartment with quality furnishings. Thank you!
This was a lovely apartment. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent value for money and very conveniently situated for train station with links to subway. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would return again.
If visiting the area, you cannot find a better place to stay, everything has been thought of in an exceptionally comfortable environment - home away from home
Bryan was a fantastic host and was extremely helpful during our stay and couldn't do enough for us. The house was very clean and cozy with a beautiful walk into crieff and a great bus service so it was a great location. I would highly recommend.
Stayed here last March and decided to come back on another short break. House is lovely, comfy and clean. Since we have no car it's in a great location between the train station and tho town. Thanks again
We had this detached house for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Modern, war, very well equipped and clean. Sits in one of the the town's best areas just off the coast road which offers magnificent views of the bay. A lane next to the house leads straight onto the beach in three minutes. Although well outside the town there are food shops five minutes drive away plus chip shop and curry restaurant. Next door to the local school so gets busy at dropping off and pick up times but otherwise quiet and opposite a small open area. Well worth a visit.
Excellent location. Beautiful large and very clean window to sit and chill out with a breakfast coffee or wine before dinner. Cooking facilities small but well thought out. Full meals can be cooked with fore thought. Twin room large and very comfy. Double room a bit small but also comfy. Electric heaters work well. Shower nice and large. Very pleased with quiet location. Easy parking outside. Preferred to look at Dunoon from across the water. Wonderfully close to enjoy ample exploration of benmore botanical gardens. Ferry back to mainland makes it an ideal choice for southerners.
This is a good place to stay if you want to visit Glasgow. However, the house wasnot very clean. Hair in shower drain, greasy kitchendoors and vague stains in several sheets.
It was nice. Like they say online. I can recomend. Big apartment. Lively area. We had a co fort. We were taking a bus to town. Conection is good.
Seafront just 3 mins walk away and a comfortable, chic holiday flat what more could you ask for..... Oh yes The Rupee Room a fab Indian restaurant and Ceccini for Italian food 2 mins walk from the flat. Lovely! Dianna the owner is very helpful and friendly. We stayed for a couple of months whilst our flat was getting renovated nearby so it was super-handy for us. Highly recommended!
The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also close to the city center, to the railway station and to the attractions in the city.
Quiet, gated development of 3 charming terraced news with private parking walking distance to everything - great bars, restaurants, Morrison’s supermarket, public transport & Paiskey University. Sadly no basic welcome box with sachets of milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread & butter or croissants especially for others like us arriving off a flight from abroad. Would also benefit a sparkle clean, toiletries for at least 1-night, bathmat, dishtowel & Home Information Pack with appliance operating instructions. Nice and quiet, 24h shop nearby, city centre is easy to reach, 10 min from airport, park very close, good for short or long stays.
We arrived at the Cutty Sark Apartments 3 hours after check in, to find the keys were not there and still with the plumber we were fore warned about earlier due to a new shower being installed, this meant we could not enter carpark to park our car as the carpark gate fob was on the keys. Lights in kitchen area were not working, apart from one, there was no heating on in the main living area, which was cold for the first night, window vents were missing, therefore allowing more street noise in and cold air through the gaps. Never received instructions for our arrival. When we first arrived tried contacting phone number provided. It was incorrect. A few neighbours tried helping by providing us with a WIFI code, to no avail; another phone number which worked. The lady who answered was very helpful in giving us the key box code number to apartment 3. When we entered we saw that the place had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor, dust on everything. The bathroom was filthy. Toilet disgusting. Worst of all was the bedding was stained with fresh stains. Totally disgusting!
