Shearwater Cottage is a relaxing seaside retreat, ideal for families looking for a Cornish getaway. Situated in an elevated position in St Ives, this house is only a five minute walk from the harbour, beaches, shops and restaurants. This hidden gem offers spacious accommodation with far reaching views of St Ives harbour and the Atlantic Ocean from the upper floors. Shearwater Cottage has a garden area to the front of the house with seating for dining al fresco, the perfect space to relax and unwind after a busy day on the beach or out sightseeing. Parking for one small/medium car included (please check dimensions in the access statement).
*Please Note* The second floor has steep steps and limited head space when entering and exiting and this may make the room unsuitable for elderly people or people with limited mobility.

Shower tiles in both bathrooms needed a good clean and bleaching low down.
Debris (which our dog kept retrieving) from under furniture so obviously settee/chair had not be moved and vacuumed.
Loved the welcome package and flowers - lovely touch

We enjoyed a fantastic week in St Ives staying at Shearwater Cottage. It was an excellent house for a large family in a good location within easy reach of the beaches and the town.
