A beautifully-presented 2-bedroom villa in the Kisla area of Kalkan with great views across the bay and close to beach clubs. Can be booked in conjunction with Villa Bella next door.

The view, comfort and layout of the outside space was fantastic, the villa was lovely and modern, we loved our stay, Hussane at the Castle bar opposite was brilliant and his food is amazing, lovely to have right on you'r doorstep if you don't fancy going into Kalkan at night.

A wonderful setting with exceptional views, we have stayed at villa Olive tree on two previous occasions, the villa is beautiful villa, but is starting to look a little tired and is in need of some updating with regard to the furnishings, that said it is quite adequate for a holiday home and I would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit beautiful kalkan.
Kalkan itself has become very busy since we first visited the resort in 2006, and has lost some of its quaintness, but is still a wonderful place.

My husband and I are just back from a week in Kalkan staying at the Olive Tree Villa. The villa was situated in a great location with gorgeous views of the bay. The pool was too cold to enjoy at this time of year but the pool surround was extremely nice with sun loungers, umbrellas and several tables and chairs to eat breakfast and lunch in the sun.
Although pool towels were provided we bought a couple of large towels to properly protect the cream sun loungers from our sun tan lotion. We also bought plastic cups to use around the pool. I am always anxious to use glassware outside. Apart from that, the villa had everything you would need and want.
Muhammet and his team were all lovely and extremely helpful. They always responded quickly to any questions and kept the villa, pool and pool area clean and tidy.
It was a wonderfully relaxing week in the sun and we would definitely go back to Olive Tree Villa and to Kalkan
