A stunning 3-bedroom detached property close to the water-front in the Kisla area of Kalkan. The villa is beautifully-presented and has its own pool and amazing views towards Kalkan town. An added bonus at this property is that it has its own private bathing platform with direct access to the sea.

A fantastic villa with magnificent views across the harbour. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are superb as is the outside space. The kitchen is really well equipped and had everything you could wish for. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little small but that’s not important as it’s the downstairs and outside space that you will spend most time.

The sea platform, upstairs plunge pool and main pool are magnificent and offer the most spectacular views.

The villa is a 45 minute walk to Kalkan main town which we enjoyed walking but it may not be for everyone, especially in the hotter months.

There is a gym in the cellar which could benefit from an upgrade and air conditioning.

Location is fabulous for views and privacy but need to take taxi / water taxi to go into centre of Kalkan for restaurants, shopping etc. Walking is possible but quite hilly and not suitable for pushchairs.
