View was stunning, but there were quite a few issues when we arrived. Pool lights broken, ant infestation, broken door handles, pool tiles loose, mould in showers and bad smells as a result.

But, well equipped!

Thank you for your review - while we're glad to hear that you found the apartment to be well-equipped and that you liked the view, we were of course disappointed that you had some issues on arrival. I understand that Tamer (the property manager) was quick to deal with the vast majority of those issues shortly after your arrival. Ants, unfortunately, can be a problem in a lot of properties at this time of year but the issue was dealt with once it became apparent. With regard to the loose tiles in the pool, regretfully, these cannot be fully replaced until the end of the season as the pool needs to be emptied to do so - but rest assured, any maintenance issues like this will be dealt with over the forthcoming winter period. Despite these initial issues, we sincerely hope that your stay was an enjoyable one overall.

Unfortunately we had a flood due to blockage but everyone responded well in the end and thanks for that otherwise all was good

So sorry you experienced that issue - caused by someone in the block not using the bins in the loos as instructed! Glad to hear that the resort team responded quickly, even though this unfortunate incident coincided with a big national holiday (Bayram) which made getting an emergency plumber out a tad tricky! Thankfully, Tamer (the property manager) sourced one from Kas, so the matter was sorted as soon as humanly possible. What an amazing place. Breathtaking views. Large outdoor space with perfect size pool. The interior is fabulous and we all absolutely loved our stay. Olive Tree Travel provided a perfect service throughout. We highly recommend.

Excellent apartment with plenty of outside shaded space and beautiful views, no complaints at all regarding accommodation and condition. Please be aware that the location is relatively high up the hill from the town, with steep access roads so in hot weather it is better to rely on taxis to and from the apartment, however the views make up for this minor inconvenience, and taxis are cheap and plentiful so no issue at all.

As this was our first holiday in Kalkan, Debbie Warwick helped us choose the perfect location and apartment to suit all of our needs.
Debbie’s advice, knowledge and patients was second to none. She is the perfect example of exceptional customer service.

Azure Heights apartment is wonderful and has everything , from the fully fitted kitchen to the most amazing views. It was so much better than we could have anticipated. It was beautifully furnished inside and out and fully equipped.
We booked to stay in the apartment for a week in August and it was hot. We didn’t seem to be affected by the heat as the pool helped us cool down and the fully air conditioned apartment.
The additional option of having groceries or take away from the local restaurants delivered is another bonus for those very very lazy days.

Kalkan is a hidden treasure, with its amazing views, Marina, friendly people and amazing food. Evening walks around the Marina area and the local Thursday market is a definite recommendation.

We would recommend pre-booking the airport transfers. The drivers are prompt, polite and very thoughtful from supplying cold bottles of water which were gratefully accepted and a surprise gift on the return journey.

We will be returning back to Kalkan .

Azure Heights has the most fabulous view across two bays.
The ample terrace area and infinity pool are great.
It's a 25min walk from the town centre, which boasts plenty of excellent bars and restaurants.
I hope to return but will certainly recommend the apartment, the resort and Olive Tree to others.

Azure Heights was beautiful, fantastic location and the finish of the apartment felt luxurious and clean. Close to the town without being detremental to the view.

We are back in Peterborough now.

Thank you for your amazing service. Azure heights is the best accommodation that all of us have ever stayed in! It's a well appointed apartment with the highest quality furniture etc. We all really enjoyed the home from home experience. All of us were wowed with decor and details within the apartment, we all felt like lottery winners for a week. The infinity pool was breathtaking, as were the views.

We were lucky in the sense that we were the sole occupiers of the apartment complex. Would not have enjoyed it if there had been people staying above us. Would have defeated the purpose of having a private pool and private dining area if completely overlooked by the balconies above. But, lovely apartment and an amazing terrace to sit on comfortable outside furniture.

Thanks for the good review. We're very glad to hear that you liked the apartment. As it's a brand new one, you were indeed fortunate to have the whole place to yourselves. By virtue of the fact that it's an apartment (as opposed to a villa), there will be other people resident within the complex in the future, so there is the chance that the apartment's pool and terrace will be seen by other occupants - however, the owner has purchased x2 super-sized parasols to screen the outdoor dining table and sitting area from above (as well as normal sized parasols for the sun-loungers). There is also foliage in place to screen the pool and terrace from the apartment next door. We feel that these measures will help to maximise the level of privacy as much as is it's possible to do within an apartment building. Debbie @ Olive Tree Travel.
