A luxury 3-bedroom duplex apartment with own pool in one of the most sought-after areas of Kalkan. The old town quarter is just 5 minutes' walk away with the harbour area and town beach a couple of minutes' further. Great sea views and contemporary interior.

We have used Olive Tree Travel before - for good reason - their properties are well maintained, clean, well managed, great locations. The staff are amazing and I can't fault them in any way. This extends to the in-resort maintenance teams and local rep.
The apartment is beautiful. smallish pool but big enough for 2 children to play in. Terrace lovely and direct from the kitchen. I particularly like the fact that the orientation of the apartment gives shade after around 1pm, on the kitchen, but still plenty on the terrace, there's always some shade to be found and seating everywhere. There is even a downstairs, undercover, seating area that is permanently in the shade - no view from here but great if you've had a bit much sun.
The views from the apartment are stunning, some of the best in Kalkan. The position is superb for this but also, and crucially, walking into town. So easy. There are shops and bars within easy reach - beware though, as in all of Kalkan - it's steep down to the harbour and around town!
The apartment was well appointed, with enormous beds! Lovely kitchen and great, energy efficient, aircon. Lots of storage in the bedrooms and nice en-suites.
Great welcome pack, lovely lady that is your contact - only if you need anything - but she's a wealth of knowledge too.

Overall, fantastic!!!!

Having stayed in villas we chose this apartment. Feels just like a villa with plenty of space and stunning views. The easy walk to shops and restaurants makes it a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and the outside terrace is well furnished. The loungers have very good quality cushions. We truly loved being there and watching the world go by sipping a sundowner every evening.
Olive Tree were excellent again and arranged our shopping and transfers . The arrival Meze was there when we arrived so we could really enjoy settling in and enjoying our first night. Would I go back definitely!,

Excellent location only downside is that the pool area loses the sun around 4.30pm in June.
Good air con. Well equipped. Clean.

Lovely apartment but a bit hard for me to get to the front door up those steps no hand rails, I use a walking aid ,all so no hand rail to hold on to to go in the pool ,everything else was lovely

This was our second stay at Aqua, for the month of October this time. That probably tells you all you need to know about our opinion of the property. It's in a great location, with wonderful views and in easy reach of the old town with all it's bars and restaurants. We're old hands in Kalkan, but we've found Aqua hard to beat. Superbly equipped, with some lovely small touches like the welcome packs.
We have only one gripe (and it's a small one), on which others (judging from the guest book) wouldn't agree with us. Every morning and evening, Tekin, the property guy, will be on site to move sunbeds, open umbrellas and move chairs and tables. We found this to be quite intrusive and had to ask that he stop. It wasn't anything personal, as he's unfailingly polite and respectful, but we found it unecessary for him to wake us up at 8am moving chairs and tables, and then get the same at 6pm. We use the upstairs bedroom on count of the wonderful views when you wake up.
OK, gripe over. It's a great property, we highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in Kalkan, staying at Mavi Su House Aqua apartment, stunning apartment, great views, very well equipped, spacious, usually find the beds are hard but not in this apartment really comfortable, pool very well maintained, pool man visited daily to tidy water plants etc very polite and helpful. Great location an easy walk into town, could not fault anything, would definitely return and recommend.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard. The beds are the most comfortable that we have slept in. Tekin from the Clean Team came to the apartment each morning and early evening to tidy up the outside areas and gave us fresh flowers every other day.
The apartment is a comfortable 10 minute walk into the Old Town and has amazing views over the bay.
We did not want to leave Aqua Apartment as it quickly became our home.
Amazing place !
