A stylish 3 bedroom villa with lovely sea views and own pool. Close to the prestigious Regency and Likya Residence Hotels. Great location, just an 8 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan village.

We stayed in villa Alisia for two weeks in August this year. We were greeted on arrival, the villa was really lovely! and was reassuring to be given the managers number if we were to have any problems during our stay. We had six adults and the villa was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. The outside space could have been a little bigger but was okay, the pool was really lovely but very deep, so no good for non swimmers or children.

Location wise we would have liked to be nearer to the town, we were a good 15 to 20 minute walk to the restaurants. It was a downhill walk but not the best. Outside the villa there is an immediate u-bend dip down and back up, you have to navigate this before you even start your decent down the the restaurants. The u-bend dip was really steep and hard work, very gravelly so made it easy to skid. Even the taxi's had a job getting up it! So unless you are a keen walker this is no good for unfit, disabled or the elderly. We ended up getting taxi's to the town and back up again which was cheap enough but would have been nice to not have had to.

Right next door to the villa is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. The manager 'Memo' was such a lovely man who called us taxis whenever we needed one. We ate breakfast there everyday which was amazing! and a godsend!!!

Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would not deter me from booking again. I just think that people with mobility issues should be aware of this villas positioning. The Olive Tree Company have been amazing and the service provided by them outstanding! We will definitely be booking again.

Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at Villa Alisia. We're delighted to hear that you had a fantastic stay! With regard to your walk into town, it sounds like you walked along the 'new' road that's recently been created following new constructions in the area - if you did, this road is indeed very steep in parts and as it's not yet finished, the surface is uneven and rough. Most guests prefer to use the well-established road that takes you past the Regency Hotel and then along the 'Kalamar Road' into town in around 10 minutes - this is a much easier route to take and for the most part, the road is actually paved (something of a rarity in Kalkan!). With regard to the pool, unfortunately very few villa pools in Kalkan have shallow ends, but we will ensure that the pool depth at Villa Alisia is mentioned on the webpage so future guests are aware of this prior to arrival. It's very good to know that you would re-book with us again and of course, we'd be very happy to assist you on a future occasion.

Great villa, very happy overall, service excellent

Pillows/ I’ve said this before, I would pay a premium for a better pillow, next year I might bring my own!!
Really bad smell of drains in the bathrooms when we arrived, it did clear and assume it’s standing water in the trap but could be dealt eith

We had the good fortune to stay for a month in villa Alisia.
The Villa is spacious, well equipped and exquisitely furnished with views of the bay and harbour to die for

We've just returned from a fantastic week in kalkan, staying in the beautiful villa Alisia. The villa had everything we needed, nicely decorated and the main bedroom suite was fantastic. The views from every level of the villa are stunning. Supermarket deliveries from Figo were great. Just a short walk into the centre but far enough away to be peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

A very spacious and well positioned villa, we liked it a lot. The view from the pool area over the olive groves to the sea is stunning, not another villa in sight! All the bedrooms are ensuite and a good size as are the living area and well equipped kitchen. We were just two people so plenty of room for us around the pool which would have been a bit tight for 6 or more. The pool is about standard size for a villa in Kalkan however there are no shallow areas and it is all 1.8m deep, so not great for non swimmers.
It is a reasonably flat walk from the taxi stand in Kalkan to the villa and takes less than 15 minutes, the last 200 yards to the villa are the steepest. There are also plenty of steps up to the villa, but if you don’t handle steps or slopes then Kalkan is not the place for you.

Had a great 10 night stay in Villa Alisia.
Gorgeous, clean, peaceful, fabulous view. Nothing was too much much trouble for the people who met us at the property, or the rep (Zäl).
Everything was perfect for us (only 3), and the villa could easily accommodate the 8 people specified.
The villa is situated on a hill, although the taxi service was quick and cheap.
South facing - getting the sun all day (with a slight breeze of the hill), with the pool the perfect place to cool off and relax.
Nicely situated out of the old town, but easy access via taxi (a little too hot to walk) - but also good access to other facilities (beach clubs and restaurants).
Thank you.

Great views. Manager also provided free use of Yali beach which was lovely and a short walk away. Located next to the boutique Korsan Suites with friendly staff, open bar and restaurant which was great for lunch and bfast.

Absolutely loved villa. Plenty of space with large en suite rooms. Balcony for each room was great. Amazing views. Great location. 10 minute walk to town and cheap taxi ride back. We were 2 couples and 2 teenagers. Probably not good for small children. We also really liked having small hotel next door where we could get drinks and snacks during the day. We are regular visitors to kalkan and would definitely stay at this villa again. Only small Criticism is that kitchen could be a bit better equipped.

Everyone dealing with us was extremely helpful. The villa was fine, a little Spartan , with little room surrounding the pool. But I am being quite picky here! I didn't like being so near the next villa, but I know this is a problem in this area. We love Kalkan & it was nice to be able to walk into town.
I would recommend this villa but only for 4 people, too cramped around the pool & I wouldn't think it good for children.

The villa was beautiful and the photos represented it very well. The standard of cleanliness throughout our stay was excellent and the maid very nice and thoughtful. The pool staff were also very diligent. The location was very good although we found it more than an 8 minute walk to the harbour. The local representative was very helpful but we were disappointed that he did not say farewell either by coming to see us off or by text.
