The only problem was there was never enough hot water for four of us to shower before going out.

We only used it for a base four four of us on a short golf break.
It was ideal for us except the hot water would run out before we all had a shower.

Excellent appartment, very clean and full equiped. Well located at 10min by car to beaches and Marina. Quiet resort and very well maintained. Lovely terrace and views. 100% matching with what we were looking for and expected from the pictures. What you see is what you will found. Will recommend any one with family for a quiet and conformable stay.

Great appartment was spotless and it felt like a real home from home. The facilities were excellent and you wanted for nothing.
The little touches made all the difference and it was obvious it was someones own holiday home.

My second time using this apartment. I can not recommend it enough. Cleanliness, facilities and location are exceptional. Around 10 mins walk to the Port and beaches.
Gibraltar airport about 30 mins drive whilst Malaga airport about an hour away.
I don’t want to go home.

I can not recommend this apartment enough. I am a regular visitor to Duquesa and I know where I shall be staying in the future.
