This peaceful stone barn stands on a quiet lane surrounded by rolling countryside, overlooking the historical church of St Mary’s. The church is no longer in use, but it makes for a beautiful view and is always open for visitors to look around. With wonderful walks from the front door, an excellent pub within a short stroll, and easy access to the A40, bringing the whole Cotswolds within reach, West Barn Cottage is the perfect base for a dog-friendly countryside escape. Sitting in the grounds of West Barn, guests are treated to wonderful views of mature gardens, paddocks, and the surrounding countryside. There is space in abundance with two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sheltered sunny patio for alfresco meals.

All very much as we expected, very spacious and comfy.
Just a few niggles though as accommodation for 4 but only 3 stools at breakfast bar, 3 bowls and also needed to wash up during meals as not enough cutlery. All could be simply rectified.
All very clean except shower which needs a minor refurb.

We have had the good fortune to spend the last 3 months in this beautiful cottage with stunning views over the garden and rolling Cotswold countryside beyond. The perfect temporary home for us - clean, warm and peaceful. The owners have been amazing and so very helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this as a place to stay.

This was a beautiful cottage for a couples' weekend away. The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There were thoughtful touches with bowls for the dogs and a local welcome pack. There was a comprehensive guide to the cottage and the local area including walks and maps. The village was very pretty and we were able to walk to the Frogmill pub for a lovely meal. It would have been good to have a mirror in the second bedroom but the toiletries in the bathroom were of a very high quality. A couple of things would make the stay even better, the sofas in the lounge weren't very comfortable and the bed was a little hard so maybe a topper to soften it? I would highly recommend this cottage, the owners were very friendly and helpful and we had a lovely time . Thank you

The property was well prepared and very clean on arrival. It was perfect for 2 couples but we noted there was equipment for young children. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well supplied with good quality toiletries. The first night we self catered and found the kitchen well equipped. The second night we had a beautiful meal at the restaurant in the nearby hotel. Plenty of parking on the property and an ideal location for visiting the beautiful Cotswolds.

West Barn Cottage is just lovely! Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Perfectly located for us attending a wedding at Frogmill.
Very well equipped and would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely time staying at West Barn this week with another couple and 2 dogs. The arrival instructions were very clear and useful to have ahead of time, the cottage was easy to find, full of all the amenities and a lovely little hamper on arrival too.

The space was perfect for the 4 of us and we soaked up the sun in the gorgeous patio area every day after enjoying long morning walks exploring the surrounding areas and local pubs - would recommend The Frogmill.

Our hosts were great, really friendly, helpful and their local knowledge was fab. They have created a beautiful, calm and relaxing experience and we can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent stay at West Barn Cottage for family of four + dog.

Cottage is huge so lots of space for the kids and dog to explore, property is beautifully styled and maintained and the owners extremely responsive both before and during our stay.

Great base to explore south Cotswolds and would highly recommend, plus an award winning pub within walking distance so very happy family

Lovely.hosts, very comfortable beds and everything you would want is provided. Baby cot is best placed.in1 the master bedroom as the birds favour the opposite side of the house and our little one slept in longer in the main bedroom.. perfect for rest and relaxation or touring around.
