My wife and our two friends had a wonderful stay at The Heronry. The location is perfect to explore, with excellent hiking/cycle routes to enjoy in the most spectacular scenery. The house was very cosy and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and had all the modern amenities that make a stay a pleasure. Mary was charming and very helpful and we will definitely book another stay!
The purpose of our visit was to get a feeling about the Scottish countryside, Scottish hospitality and to trailrun on the highlands. Bluebell provided us with an excellent location to realize all our aims. It is a tranquil place to relax, convenient as a base for short excursions in the surroundings. The house was clean upon our arrival, very comfortable, very well equipped, above the standards - highly recommended by us (family of 4). The welcome surprises, the bathroom accessories added a lot to the overall experience.
