This is the principle residence to Kingairloch, set in it’s own magnificent gardens it has the air of a traditional Highland Lodge. Tastefully renovated and decorated to the highest standard this property commands a breathtaking unique character. With views stretching across to Castle Stalker and also of the encompassing mountains of the estate, the scenery from this house is exceptional.

The house has three luxurious bedrooms, all are beautifully furnished and have glorious views of the grounds, mountains and loch. There are two en-suite bedrooms with the third bedroom having a shower room a short distance over the landing.

Beautiful accommodation in the most magical setting

We stayed at Kingairloch for a month last year, and we were delighted to be able to have another small taste, only a couple of nights, this year--this time staying in the B&B. Susan was so welcoming, as always, and the breakfasts were a small feast. It is hard to describe the stunning setting of Kingairloch other than to say that it is perhaps the most beautiful location we have seen in Scotland. We'll definitely be back.

A lovely, traditional Scottish welcome in a stunning location!

THE most stunning approach to a traditional Scottish country house, where we were met by our lovely host Susan. She supplied us with tea and homemade cake on arrival, and cooked us a lovely breakfast the next morning. I would definitely like to return someday.

Lovely house and setting, warm welcome and hospitality, and a canny wee dog. The room had a stunning view and there was a choice of walks through the estate from gentle wanders on made-up footpaths to challenging day-long climbs. What more could one want?

Thank you to Susan for providing a wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing truly scrumptious.
If you get the opportunity pop into the walled garden to see the fantastic array of vegetables that are grown for the Boat House Restaurant.

Such a treat.... langoustines fresh from the loch, brilliant company, dry weather and even a golden eagle flying overhead! What a lovely chance to come back to this really special place, of course I'll be back again soon. Great to catch up with "aunty" Sue too! xxx
