Thank you for a wonderful stay at High kirkland. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my mum’s 70th birthday with all the family. Space was perfect for what we wanted and the 2 hot tubs were the icing on the cake.
We stayed at High Kirkland for two weeks at the beginning of October and it was blissful! The dark and quiet environment made for good sleeps and the cottage had everything we needed to self-cater. The location was an excellent base for visiting all of the attractions of Galloway, as well as access to all amenities. We visited Wigtown, Mull of Galloway, distilleries, the Smokehouse, the Ice cream farm, Gatehouse of Fleet, Kircudbright, and even saw otters at Threave nature reserve!
