A lovely cottage in a very quiet and private location. Pete and Sue were wonderful hosts, greeting us in person, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. The house was immaculate and very spacious with all the mod cons. We were a group of eight, staying there for a sports event over the weekend - there was plenty of space in the house so we were not on top of each other, there are three bathrooms and an extra WC, so there was never an issue waiting for showers etc. Pete and Sue were also fantastic at providing advice on how to get around the loc...more
Very warm welcome & helpful throughout. Great beaches nearby, fun 'honesty' shop. All capped by arrival of Alpacas to join the other farm animals! Hope to be back.
We had a wonderful time at Pitt Farm! The location was within easy reach of the coast, and it provided just the restful environment that we were hoping for. The welcoming scones with jam and cream, and the bottle of wine were lovely touches, and Pete and Sue were so welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer - but hopefully next time!
We stayed from Friday to Monday in Pelham and loved every minute of it. We were very welcomed and would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend away!
We stayed in Snaffle on Pitt Farm for three nights this October. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We were welcomed well with scones, jam and cream and a bottle of wine. The cottage is very comfortable. We did not use the pool but it looked wonderful. It is set in the most beautiful area with easy access to the coast, wonderful walking and places to visit.
We stayed at Pitt Farm in Kineton cottage for 4 nights with our 2 year old son. The owners have really thought about keeping little ones entertained and they cannot do enough for you. The cottage itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed to guarantee a relaxing, enjoyable break. The indoor soft play and swimming pool were welcomed activities on the rainy days when you would normally be indoors trying to entertain small children. We particularly liked the extra little touches like freshly baked croissants and bread in the mornings, they were delicious and a must if you are stayin...more

It is hidden away in a part of England we had never heard of, a place that we felt like we was at home. Sue and Pete made us feel like a part of their family. To quote my brother who was there with us, who has travelled far and wide across the globe, his top three places he has visited include new York, Brussels and Pit farm in east Alington, England. The facilities there cater for both adults and children and adults with inner chil...more
