Its a lovely property, everything you need, its clean and tidy, in a good location looking over the north norfolk railway, from the kitchen window.
Very spacious and full of character. Quiet and peaceful. Lots of hot water and good en-suite facilities. Children loved the on site indoor swimming pool.
This property lived up to its billing. The location was excellent and the accommodation was immaculate. Very modern and comfortable. The terrace is a real feature with all rooms opening on to it. Would love to stay here again.
This was our second time staying at searenity. So well equipped (all high quality) with everything you need! Super comfortable beds! Spacious and clean. Perfect location moments to the beach and town centre. No hesitation in recommending. We will be back no doubt.
The Den is an attractive property located in Sheringham Close to the town and beaches. It is well equipped with good quality furnishings. Lovely garden to sit in too. Highly recommended.
The house was perfect for a family gathering from around the country. The kitchen diner was large enoughh to accomodate all for games and eating. Having a downstairs bedroom was a plus for the less agile. The house was so warm on this bitterly cold weekend
Fantastic home in short walking distance of Cromer pier. Short walk past the playground and down the hill through zoo car park takes you right onto long road past Cromer Hall and the skate park. Well equipped modern house with parking outside away from the road. Lovely master bedroom with bathroom and twin room for children.
We stay at Kelling Heath 3 or 4 times a year and have stayed at this Caravan 5 or 6 times now. It is extremely comfortable, spacious and and well equipped. The location on the Park suits us for Dog walks and proximity to Parks & Sport field for our 13 year old son. Highly recommend. This is an apartment in a recently converted hotel close to and overlooking the sea but only a five minute walk to the High St and some excellent restaurants. The apartment is unusual in the high quality of equipment provided. Maybe the sitting area would be a little cramped with four adults but I can think of no other criticism. Recommended.
Our second visit to Artists Studio and enjoyed it just as much as last year and so did the dog . On our last morning we saw bats going home to roost , pheasants as usual and a herd of deer .
We very much enjoyed our stay at The Beck. It has a wonderful set of views both from the front and back. It is set facing the common with sight of the Beeston Bump with views of allotment gardens at the back. The cottage is comfortable and well resourced.
Gansey Cottage is a cosy little cottage almost on the sea front with car parking adjacent should you wish to use it with a great benefit of using the 7 day ticket it works out as relatively cheap parking. The cottage is cosy yet with plenty of space for 3 people. It is well furnished and well decorated and has everything you would need in terms of facilities (cooking, cleaning etc). Perfectly situated but not on top of all the action. Comfortable and well equipped. Paying parking on the doorstop (free 6pm to 8am) and a weekly ticket is the best option. A lovely town and people.
Really enjoyed my week in Sheringham at Gull View. The property was spotless and it was nice to have been left tea, coffee, milk and some extremely delicious cookies. Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the sea only metres away is unforgettable, and being on my laptop or eating by the window in the living room while watching the waves was brilliant. Perfectly positioned for all the amenities of Sheringham and the parking space was very welcome. Planning to return as soon as I can.
Excellent location and beautifully decorated cottage. Two Smart TVs were a welcome addition which most cottages don't have. A welcome pack was much appreciated together with the comprehensive summary of things to see and do within the local area.

I'm so pleased I found Shelley's Nook on the Keys Cottages website - after enduring an absolute nightmare trying to book somewhere through a globally known holiday company, it was a great relief to be able to communicate directly by phone with someone local to the area rather than in a call centre half way round the world! Shelley's Nook is a lovely clean and cosy flat which is perfect for couples or single tourists and is very reasonably priced. We have stayed in many properties in Sheringham and this is by far the best. It is conveniently situated in the centre of Sheringham yet is quiet with brilliant views over to Beeston Bump. Would always stay here again.
We had a great 2 week holiday at Beulah House in September, helped by the good weather. The house is perfectly situated, close to the seafront and shops but in a very quiet road. The private parking is a real bonus in Sheringham. On arrival there was no toilet paper, or washing up liquid /dishwasher tablets at all provided, a first for us. The house was clean and well decorated, the lounge furniture very comfortable and the outside space well equipped with table and chairs. I would highly recommend Beulah House for a holiday.

We wanted a warm well equipped place to have a few days retreat before Christmas ‘busyness’ took over. We had also decided to treat ourselves to a ride on the NNR illuminated train experience and where better to return to than Deck 2 to use as a base? The flat was clean, comfortable, well equipped and perfect for our needs. The welcome basket is a thoughtful kindness.
Corner House is very well provided for and in a good position. Car parking a bonus here. Short walk to all facilities and local train and bus services excellent. We were a party of 4 pensioners and apart from the stairs to the 2nd floor which were steep but two rails provided everything else great. Would recommend.
We have stayed at 2 old dairy court a few times now, and never disappointed,always spotlessly clean a welcoming wine and chocolates. The house is ideally situated just off from the main street and benefits from its own parking.The owners update the property regularly. A lovely enclosed garden too.
It’s very easy to find and within walking distance of Morrisons supermarket and the train station. On arrival, you’ll find the Drive is only suitable for one vehicle. Is it a bit of a slant and sometimes neighbours park across the road which isn’t terribly helpful, but all in all it was manageable We also found an extensive welcome pack made up of local Norfolk items, tea, coffee, oats, biscuits, milk, butter, bread, and jam, as well as a few other things. We have visited Canary Cottage many times over the years, and always find it to be the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable break.

Lots of positives at beverley cottage. Utility room and downstairs loo a bonus. Lots of space. Loved sitting outside on rattan furniture. Small tweaks to mention. Coat hooks near front door would be good. Taps on kitchen and bathroom sink not very good. But certainly would recommend this cottage.

Sealink is a very nice property - exceptionally well equipped. It is very spacious and in an excellent location being close to both the beach &town centre. The garden is beautiful & very relaxing. Property was clean although - Our only negative comments are the electric gates are very temperamental -not sure we would get in or out sometimes & the kitchen washing up bowl &drainer needs replacing as do the baking sheets etc. On the whole we were very impressed & would happily rebook.

Overall we had a great time at the cottage but first impressions were poor - in near sub zero temperatures the heating had not been put on, there was no wood for the stove and the freezer door was frozen open. A few essential items like kitchen roll were also missing or in very short supply. Got the heating on and by the next day the cottage was cozy and comfortable. It was clean, spacious and quite well set up for dining and cooking although on day 4 the microwave stopped working. We had a lovely stay. A nice clean chalet with everything that we needed, situated in well presented park. I would definitely book this chalet again. A pleasant walk along the coastal path into Cromer also close by.

Booked for a late break and were really pleased with the cottage. Very well maintained with everything you could possibly have needed. Located just a few yards from the seafront, shops & pubs - what more could you ask for. Have previously stayed at another Keyes accommodation in Sheringham which we have already booked again for next year but would have no hesitation in staying at Crab Cottage again.

As above. Just a shame about the heating! Someone did come round to fix it. We had the house last year and there was a problem with heating. Perhaps it should have been checked before we arrived. I appreciate we have had mild weather. Last year the Wfi was bad but that has been sorted which mad a lot of difference.
This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment and it continues to impress. The location is brilliant and the sunrise and sunsets are spectacular The apartment is ideal for two people and very well equipped though some of the items are looking a little tired though are still functional Looking forward to returning next year if possible!

We have stayed in Sheringham 3 times and this is by far the best holiday cottage we have had. It is tastefully decorated with lovely curtains. Although the kitchen is small it has all the essentials. Beds are comfy and shower great. A bonus to have a washbasin in the twin room. It cannot be faulted.We will stay again.
Paddock Bungalow is in a peaceful spot, but only a few minutes walk to the cliff top or the centre of the village, with a small supermarket two minutes walk away. The views across the fields are very tranquil, and the two ponies in the paddock next door provide additional interest. Everything in the accommodation is clean and comfortable and easy to use. We would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday home.

This was our second stay and we have booked again for next year. It is so lovely to see the sea in all its moods from the huge windows. There is all the crockery, cutlery and pans that you could wish for when catering for a large family group a roomy fridge-freezer and six burner stove. In October parking is not a problem but it might be awkward in high season of you have more than two vehicles. Access from the car park might be a problem for those with limited mobility, I walk with a stick and managed easily. The staircases are steep but manageable with care. Bright, airy, 1 double bedroom, first floor accommodation, simply furnished; easy walk to choice of cafe/bars, pubs, restaurants, Sainsbury's Xpress & The Little Theatre. Coastal & woodland walks from the door.
The cottage was very cosy, set back from the road, not a busy road anyway in terms of traffic, but this made it feel secluded and private. Each bedroom had an en-suite toilet/shower which was lovely. There was an extra toilet downstairs as well. The location was great - not far from the town and shops and extremely close to Beeston Bump and also to the beach. Very comfortable stay in this well positioned apartment just minutes from the beach. Clean and tidy on arrival. No issues at all. Would and probably will book again. You have to bring your own bed linen and towels which is no effort at all. Good parking for car.

We stayed over Christmas. The owners provided a decorated and lit tree - a lovely personal touch. The layout is quirky, but in a good way. A very spacious kitchen-diner is great for breakfasts, although there's a bigger dining room next door. There's also a roomy shower room (the shower would easily fit two people) with a toilet, and a comfy living room. The first floor features three bedrooms and a small lavatory room. We had a lovely stay in a lovely spacious property. It was ideally situated for visiting North Norfolk. The property was very comfortable with everything you could need for a self catering holiday. The pool was great and the booking system worked well. We also enjoyed using the tennis courts and play area. Our grandsons loved the trampoline.
We stayed in Little Lodge for 2 weeks and cannot fault it. Prime location in Sheringham close to the golf course, sea front and short walk to town centre. Lovely enclosed garden which was great as we had our dog with us.
We had a lovely comfortable stay at Brook Cottage. It is very well appointed and in a perfect location for exploring the North Norfolk coastline. If you want peace and quiet, then this is the spot for you.
The Paddocks was ideal in every respect and we along with Jack, our rescue dog enjoyed some really nice walks which were not too far away. We could not fault the facilities whatsoever and the owner was very helpful making sure our holiday went well. Highly recommended.
We booked our stay in Sheringham as there was a steam train to Holt a bustling shopping opportunity and a number of quality restaurants. The house Seaview retreat was absolutely spotless but a good 20 minute walk into town which was the only real downside to our stay which we really enjoyed, Sheringham is a good base for trips to other special locations such as Cromer or Wells next the sea,
This was our second stay at Orchard Cottage. It is well located and has everything that you would want. We love the fact it has a front garden and rear courtyard, which we made use of. The log burner is an added bonus. We made use of the conservatory this time. The only grumble I have is it would be nice to have larger towels, as the ones provided are a bit small. Our local friends swept own the front door and path prior to our arrival the houae had not been cleaned for some time - dust and cobwebs some bedrooms had no wardrobe or mirrors one bed in twin room had a hollow in the mattress a three storey house with no fire regs is illegal - ENGLISH Building Regulations After returning home we looked up reviews on expedia etc - it says it all the owners should buck their standards and make the house worth the money
This is a lovely, big property with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Its in a perfect location for sea lovers with views of the ocean from all the back windows. Other reviews have stated there are no wardrobes but hangers were provided for over the door for our stay. However hanging rails woulduv been more useful. Also the property needs blinds at the front door as you can see straight through the property which made us feel uncomfortable when workmen were right outside the house working on the carpark. Nice house, just a bit difficult for my husband who has Parkinson's. The strip across the floor in the lounge area was a trip hazard, also step into kitchen diner. Also he had trouble with the family bathroom on first floor. Could have done with some more kitchen knives and a corkscrew. Also another oven tray and a large saucepan would have been useful. Other than these small issues we had a good holiday, position in Sheringham very good. I think you should say not really suitable for disabled people though.

Anchor cottage is the perfect place for a small family to stay. It is so close to the beach and shops that we were able to regularly pop back to pick up/drop items or use the toilet. The kitchen has everything you might need for. Self-catering holiday and the fact that each bedroom has a toilet is really useful. The only downside to this property is its size. Although it has 3 decent sized bedrooms, the living room would be tight for more than 4 adults. The only other inconvenience is the lack of a hall or porch to put shoes and coats. We have stayed at this property many times and have always found it comfortable and clean. It is in a great central location and within walking distance of the town, beach and train station.
We found the accommodation spotlessly clean. And everything would have been great if we'd eaten out. As it was the range of cookware supplied was limited, and we had to wash several items before we could cook. Also, though we did find the user manual for the oven, this was a bit of a hunt. We left that manual on easy display for the next person. Otherwise...fantastic place!

Don't be put off by the house being on an estate and not 'pretty'. Surprisingly spacious with a garden equipped with table and chairs. A lot of the furniture shabby chic so ideal for a family. Large field close by for games. Only a short drive to the beach and town centre walkable. Could have done with more/bigger cooking equipment if you want to self cater.
I'm really glad I booked this cottage. The location was perfect with my limited mobility. I loved getting back and sitting by the open door reading. The colours in the main living area were so bright and cheerful. The upstairs bedroom was lovely & the ensuite shower was bliss.

I would like to start my review on a positive note by saying how excellent Keys Holidays are, I have holidayed with them for a few years now & found them to be a great company being very professional & quick to sort any queries & problems, which has been very few over the year.
